About
On WeddingWire since 2018
320 Guest Ranch is a picturesque wedding venue in Big Sky, Montana. A breathtaking property, it is surrounded by mountain peaks covered with lush evergreen forests and cut through by the flowing waters of the Gallatin River. An idyllic picture of untouched nature, it recalls the landscape as it greeted colonial settlers in the late 19th century upon their arrival. Such a distinct setting is combined with luxurious accommodation options and modern facilities. The attentive staff will support couples throughout their wedding experience. A secluded location for celebrations, it is nevertheless accessible from Bozeman by car, and the drive to the venue is a treat in itself.
Facilities and Capacity
320 Guest Ranch can welcome large gatherings of up 150 people in the fresh mountain air. Couples can choose to exchange their vows in one of several stunning outdoor sites across the venue. A ceremony can be held in one of the vibrant green meadows of the ranch or on the banks of the Gallatin’s waters. Here, a riverside reception can also be held in the venue’s large tent. For those who would prefer to celebrate indoors, the Wilson Lodge is a great choice. With its classic frontier decor featuring heavy wooden beams and characterful cartwheel chandeliers. There is ample parking available on-site.
Services Offered
320 Guest Ranch’s staff is proud to welcome couples to the venue and works with them to make their wedding dreams a reality. The on-site events coordinator can guide a couple’s big day from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The staff is happy to help with the setup and cleanup of parties. They can also provide information about the surrounding area and organize activities from fly fishing to horseback riding.
Cuisine
The property’s on-site restaurant, McGill’s Restaurant & Saloon, offers delicious catering for events of all sizes. Guests can choose from a diverse menu of homemade dishes, from a croissant and coffee in the morning to succulent barbeque for dinner. For a truly spectacular wedding feast, couples can inquire about organizing a pig roast.
Accommodation
The venue offers several options for those staying the night. Guests can choose between charming riverside cabins or more spacious mountain chalets. These are all warmly decorated and constructed from rugged wood and stone. Couples can opt to spend a night in the Historic McGill Cabin which offers privacy and luxurious comfort in a stylish package.
