Wedding Planners in Springfield

Morgan was amazing at my October 2025 wedding!  Here’s why:  1- I had a “I forgot my extra boob tape at home” moment and as a 40DDD cup and a dress without bra/support I NEEDED it. She went to Ulta and picked more up for me!  2- As a DIY bride, I had a LOT of stuff with me. She made sure all of it got put up correctly by the decorator, and packed up safely to make it back home. 3- I had quite a few “oh my god I forgot to tell you ___” moments. She never once complained, seemed frustrated by it, or told me “we can’t do that.” Even down to forgetting to tell her someone needed to fill in the faux cake spot so we could cut our “cake” with only a few minutes until that needed to happen.  4- I hired Morgan as a day-of-coordinator but she helped much more than that. Having someone in the final weeks to ask questions and figure things out was incredibly helpful.  5- there isn’t a single thing that didn’t go according to plan that I would say was Morgan’s fault. Everything I asked her to do she did and did it flawlessly. 

Communication is truly key with Good Time Events. From start to finish, they kept us informed of every update, ensuring everyone stayed on the same page throughout the planning process. You can genuinely feel that the team pours a piece of themselves into every project—they bring your vision to life while adding sweet, thoughtful touches that make each moment feel personal and meaningful. Their attention to detail and commitment to creating the perfect day was evident in every aspect of the wedding. We absolutely loved partnering with them and highly recommend Good Time Events to any couple looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Hiring Cassidy was hands down the second easiest “I Do” we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the moment I met Cassidy, I immediately felt how genuine, kind-hearted, and passionate she was. She has the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel comfortable — the type of person you naturally want to surround yourself with because she genuinely cares about people. So when it came time to choose someone to help plan one of the most important days of our lives, it just felt right with. You want someone like her by your side — someone whose passion, heart, and authenticity shine through in everything she does. What makes Cassidy even more incredible is that she did all of this while being 8 months pregnant — and somehow still showed up with more energy, professionalism, patience, and care than I could have ever imagined. I honestly do not know how she does it. I can genuinely say I was fully present and able to enjoy every second of our wedding weekend because I never had to worry about a single detail. I had complete trust in Cassidy and knew everything was always under control. She exceeded every expectation we had and played such an incredible role in making our wedding absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We are not from the Missouri area and as a bride that struggles with information overload, Cassidy was so great at doing the research and narrowing down options for us to choose from. She took our vision of a Mansion Airbnb wedding and turned it to life! If you are considering hiring her — I promise it will be the best decision you will make. One of my favorite quotes is “there is always a reason why you meet people in life” and I could not be more thankful God brought Cassidy into our lives. She played one of the most special roles in truly making our dream wedding come true and there is absolutely no one else I would’ve wanted along side us for the journey. Cassidy is a gem of a person and any couple would be so fortunate to have her as their wedding planner. I cannot recommend her enough, and I know she is going to become incredibly successful in this industry because she is truly exceptional.

Absolutely amazing! Vicki and George were fantastic to my husband and I from wedding planning to Videography they had us covered! Vicki was so organized and kept everything on track even though trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic was rough sometimes! Our wedding day was even better than I could have imagined. Everything was organized and flowed so smooth despite rain and a last minute move inside for the ceremony. The video George did is absolutely breath taking! It captured all the moments that were so important to us and was so well put together! I cried more ugly tears . Words really fail to explain how fantastic everything went that day! I highly recommend both Vicki and George for all your wedding needs. If you are on the fence about needing a wedding planner or videographer... just do it it was so absolutely worth it!

Sabrina was truly a GIFT! As a wedding planner, she is organized, kind, caring, and responsible. We planned our wedding super close to the date and she handled all of the details with us and created a wonderful timeline that kept us on schedule all day. She and her team were behind the scenes making it all possible and I was able to sit back and faith knowing it was all going to happen according to the plan we had set. We appreciate everything Sabrina did, all of the late night calls leading up to the wedding, consultations of details and timeline questions, changes with vendors we had booked, and the steadiness she offered to the whole process. Thank you Sabrina!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!

Emma and Megan were absolutely amazing!!!! They were very organized, efficient, and professional. From our 30 day meeting, to the rehearsal, to our wedding day, they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and according to plan. I was so happy we had them to help manage the day, it was truly a lifesaver and something every bride needs to have on their wedding day. I honestly underestimated what it takes to set up a wedding venue from start to finish and I couldn’t believe how efficient Emma and Megan were in setting up all the decor exactly how I imagined and planned it out to be. Stacie with AquaBella was a life saver! We hired her to do the decor for our wedding last month and she went above and beyond. I was a first time bride and had absolutely no idea how to plan a wedding. Stacie was always patient with me and did so many things outside of her scope. She did an excellent job listening to my wedding vision and making it a reality. There was not one detail that she didn’t think of in advance. Everything she planned was well in advance of the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and I attribute that success to AquaBella!!! I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services.
