I cannot express how much of a joy Cassidy was to work with! She took care of everything. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process. She worked with me, asking lots of questions to make sure she fully understood my vision and desires for the day. From there, she was able to make a plan and execute it flawlessly day of. She made sure that our only job was to show up and have fun, she took care of rest. She handled the decorating, created a schedule and kept us on it, directed vendors, answered guests’ questions, continuously checked in on me, and even got me a dinner plate to make sure I had a chance to eat! She took care of every last detail and did so with such kindness. I highly recommend Cassidy for your big day!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Hiring Cassidy was hands down the second easiest “I Do” we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the moment I met Cassidy, I immediately felt how genuine, kind-hearted, and passionate she was. She has the kind of energy that instantly makes you feel comfortable — the type of person you naturally want to surround yourself with because she genuinely cares about people. So when it came time to choose someone to help plan one of the most important days of our lives, it just felt right with. You want someone like her by your side — someone whose passion, heart, and authenticity shine through in everything she does.

What makes Cassidy even more incredible is that she did all of this while being 8 months pregnant — and somehow still showed up with more energy, professionalism, patience, and care than I could have ever imagined. I honestly do not know how she does it.

I can genuinely say I was fully present and able to enjoy every second of our wedding weekend because I never had to worry about a single detail. I had complete trust in Cassidy and knew everything was always under control. She exceeded every expectation we had and played such an incredible role in making our wedding absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We are not from the Missouri area and as a bride that struggles with information overload, Cassidy was so great at doing the research and narrowing down options for us to choose from. She took our vision of a Mansion Airbnb wedding and turned it to life!

If you are considering hiring her — I promise it will be the best decision you will make. One of my favorite quotes is “there is always a reason why you meet people in life” and I could not be more thankful God brought Cassidy into our lives. She played one of the most special roles in truly making our dream wedding come true and there is absolutely no one else I would’ve wanted along side us for the journey. Cassidy is a gem of a person and any couple would be so fortunate to have her as their wedding planner. I cannot recommend her enough, and I know she is going to become incredibly successful in this industry because she is truly exceptional.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! Cassidy planned our entire event from start to finish and provided a very detailed agenda that helped keep every single person involved on track. She was incredibly organized, detail oriented and always one step ahead. She handled every problem with ease and had a solution before we even knew there was an issue. She is very professional and has a warm and calming personality that made planning stress free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch planner!

Cassidy is quite possibly the greatest person and planner I’ve ever encountered. She made the entire day so incredible and as the bride, I felt so relaxed knowing she was in control. Not only did she consistently check in with my bridesmaids and me but she made sure that all decor and vendors were in the perfect spot and everything was running/looking perfect. We had multiple meetings to help with any last minute planning and bring my vision come to life. I couldn’t have had such an incredible day without the support of Cassidy
