What can we say about Old Hickory Golf Club and our wedding coordinator? Simply put, they were amazing! 💕 From day one when we went to the venue to meet Julie, who ended up being our wedding coordinator, to just look and ask questions on the options provided, we were put at ease and not pressured! Julie really know her stuff when it comes to ask the offerings. If she didn't have a solid answer, she got it for us within the business day. The grounds are beautifully kept. We opted for a lakeside wedding, but Mother Nature had other plans that day, so we decided at rehearsal to just be inside. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We did get some amazing pictures as the day went on. We were even blessed with a double rainbow for some wonderful pictures! Options offered were potential and reasonably priced. Such a great group of people to work with, too! Julie definitely knows what she's doing and walked us through all we needed to know about how the day would go, hiccups on our part included! She stayed amazingly calm when my son was late to walk me down the aisle due to traffic. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, coordinator, or venue! 💕🤘💕🥂💕💍💕

The place is absolutely gorgeous and super affordable. We only had our ceremony here BUT i was at a wedding where both were here and it was great too. Everyone is very responsive and flexible. Super professional but also fun. Loved it!!

Had my wedding at Ameristar this November, and it was an absolutely amazing venue! Our ceremony on the event lawn was beautiful, and the new Wonder Ballroom was the perfect setting for our reception. We worked with Emily Berry and Samantha Gaulden, who were both wonderful throughout the entire process. The banquet team was exceptional. Paul, the banquet captain, made sure we were well taken care of all evening, and Jim provided outstanding service—our glasses were never empty, and he made sure we always had plenty of food, cake, and anything else we needed. The food was top-tier- after dinner, several guests came up to us raving about how good everything was. Everyone we worked with was incredibly kind and helpful. Before the reception began, I had a small issue getting my dress bustled, and Samantha and Paige immediately stepped in to help fix it before I even had the chance to ask anyone. I have nothing but great things to say about Ameristar and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a team that goes above and beyond in every way.

We had such a wonderful experience at this venue and our day went absolutely perfect. The food was great and all of the employees were super friendly and so accommodating. Greg went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and dealt with all of the crazy changes we kept making. Would recommend 100 times over!

The venue was absolutely beautiful! Shannon and her staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The days leading up to the reception grew chaotic with last minute design ideas but Shannon was so calming, reassuring, and a voice of reason. She assured me everything would be perfect and it was! We have received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Several guests even said that the dinner was the best wedding reception food they ever had. I can’t recommend Bogey enough for your wedding reception! Not to mention the amazing photos we got from having such a stunning view of the course!

Saint Charles convention center was absolutely amazing anything and everything they could do to help out they did Our wedding was flawless thanks to our wedding planner Connie Barber . Food was amazing and everything was perfect ! So easy to work with and love there staff !

I can highly recommend New Town as you venue of choice for your upcoming wedding. We met Shae at New Town in April, 2016 when we were viewing wedding venues and my first impression was “this is the place”. I can tell you in November 2018 after the wedding, that New Town is DEFINITELY the place if you are looking for a non-stress, truly romantic venue for your wedding. I cannot say enough about Shae and her staff. She is a true professional, a warm, friendly human being, and an absolute joy to be around. Even with some strange requests for “Icing the Groom” and “toilet paper wrapping the new bride” she investigated any possible issues and helped us work through them. Her staff took all the pressure off me as mother of the bride on the wedding day and allowed us all to have a truly remarkable time. The Tent venue at night is truly romantic with the lighting and set up. I can highly recommend New Town as you venue of choice for your upcoming wedding.

The Foundry Art Centre was a beautiful venue for our wedding. We loved the large size of the space for our large wedding and the flexibility to choose our own caterer. Also, as noted in other reviews, the Foundry Art Centre is extremely flexible with letting you execute your vision. We wanted to do ice cream as a dessert and they didn't have a freezer, so they allowed us to bring our own small freezer and plug it in their kitchen to keep our ice cream frozen. Also, Paige, the event coordinator, is super wonderful to work with and very organized and responsive. She responded very quickly to any random question we had and was very open to meeting with us anytime we wanted to come visit the space. This alleviated a lot of stress throughout the process. Would definitely recommend the Foundry Art Centre if you are looking for a large, beautiful, unique venue with the flexibility to make it your own.

My husband and I had a small wedding. This place is perfect for a small wedding reception. The food is excellent and the service was wonderful. The view of the river is breathtaking at night.
