Villa Antonio Winery

We had our wedding at Villa Antonio and couldn’t have been happier! Richelle and her team were amazing, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Richelle was with us every step of the way and made the entire process easy. The Villa Antonio team accommodated us at every turn. We truly appreciate Richelle and her team making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We would absolutely recommend Villa Antonio to anyone looking for a fun and beautiful wedding venue. The setup was perfect, the food was amazing, and the team was so much go work with. We can’t thank the entire team enough!

If you are looking for a place to have your wedding you need to look no further than Villa Antonio! Nestled on the sweetest private property in Hillsboro, Missouri it is beautiful at any point during the year. We were married the first weekend of January and it couldn’t have been more perfect! They offered to keep the Christmas decor up in the area we were having the ceremony and reception which we graciously accepted and had the light display outside up as well. The room had huge glass garage doors lined around three sides of the room which led to gorgeous views of the landscape outside because of the snow the night prior.

From start to finish our wedding coordinator, Ashley, was above and beyond phenomenal! She took care of every single detail and was extremely easy and kind to work with. She helped curate the perfect package that worked within our budget which honestly blew us away with how generous it was. Ashley also was extremely responsive to any questions I had. When I say that she went above and beyond that is exactly what I mean. Unfortunately she came down with a horrible bug the day before our rehearsal but still made sure she was there to execute our rehearsal (masked up and keeping her distance so no one became sick) and then showed up again for the day of with same safety procedures to ensure our ceremony ran smoothly.

After the ceremony the owner, Tom, stepped in and executed the rest of the evening for us flawlessly. It truly meant the world to us that the owner would care for us in such care and detail as he did. He checked in with us several times throughout the night to ensure we were doing well, checked in with our guests throughout the night as well as our vendors. We were very grateful for his kindness and for helping Ashley last minute due to unfortunate circumstances.

The wait staff and bartenders were excellent as well. They made a plate for both my husband and I and brought it to our table at the beginning of dinner service. They did a phenomenal job of taking care of all our guests through the night as well with the most pleasant attitudes and smiles on their faces. The food was also delicious!

As far as the venue itself, it was perfect! Our vision was really brought to life and we couldn’t have been happier! There is the sweetest cabin on the property that had a side for the bridal party and a side for the groom’s party to get ready and rest in prior to the ceremony. We felt very comfortable and loved how cute the rooms were. Because of it being a winter wedding we did have to do the ceremony and reception in the same room which meant people had to sit at their tables during the ceremony but it was still a great view with our attendance of 105 people.

The day was perfect and every detail leading up to it was perfect as well! We could not sing praises enough to match how we felt about our whole experience and the day of with Villa Antonio! Truly a first class establishment and experience! Thank you Ashley, Tom, and team for making it the absolute perfect day!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. A thousand different places to take beautiful photos. The coordinator is amazing and makes your night go smoothly. The bridal suite is absolutely beautiful and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place more!

I will be getting married at Villa Antonio Winery in September of 2023. I would like to tell everyone that Brooke is the way to go! Brooke has made everything so easy for me and is taking away all of the "bride's stress" away. She is very upfront with all and any costs, she answers all questions with ease and confidence, and she is an all-around amazing person. On my tour, Brooke showed me everything there is to know about her winery and why it is so amazing. She went into detail about the prices and why they are those prices. I highly recommend going through Brooke to get your wedding set up!

My husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding at Villa Antonio Winery from our first interaction with Brooke. She was literally my saving grace throughout making the decision to have our wedding at their venue. We all know weddings can be very stressful. She was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all of my questions promptly and gave me peace of mind. Maddy was also super helpful she was a trooper helping me with my seating chart outline with people dropping like flies because of Covid and making sure I was satisfied with the planning of having our event at their venue. Jeff, on the wedding day was my right hand man. He eased my nerves and was by my side and made sure everything was going smoothly with the unexpected rain we had on our big day. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue they all made sure my husband and I had the best day ever! It was so beautiful and the caterer they used, Orlando’s, had delicious food that everyone raved about all night.

The wedding coordinators at Villa Antonio are extremely helpful during your process of planning and when it comes to the day of, well Jeff was exceptional. We went through a little wind storm when decorating and then a little bit of drizzling too. But Jeff shined and took care of everything and everyone. If I could give this venue more than five stars I would! It was absolutely perfect! The food was awesome and everyone that worked there was great! I researched several venues prior to choosing villa Antonio and they by far beat the rest in terms of what you get for your money. My husband and I could not have been happier with our big day. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Stunning!

We LOVED Villa Antonio Winery AND Donna (the event coordinator). To this day, we still think it was the best wedding we've ever attended - and it was ours! Everything was perfect and they worked with us when we wanted to add glow stick necklaces to the bar, when we brought in our own dj and acoustic guitar player for the wedding. They were top notch to work with and the location is gorgeous!!

Everything was done for us. They set the decorations on the tables, wiped down the seats after it rained.
