We had the absolute best experience with KatieMac Photography for our wedding! Katie has such an amazing personality. She was on time, organized, and made even the most camera-shy of us feel comfortable in front of the lens. She brought such a fun, hype energy to the day that we truly loved having her as part of our celebration. Her second shooter was incredible too; always hovering in the background and capturing those little in-between moments that many photographers might overlook. Both Katie and her team were so attentive, not just to us as the couple, but also to our guests, which meant a lot. Our guests raved about how much they loved interacting with Katie, and honestly, she felt like such a natural part of the day. We’re already planning to use her again for our daughter’s senior graduation photos. Katie is everything you could want in a photographer...talented, warm, and an absolute joy to work with!

Mike and the rest of his photography and videography team were absolutely fantastic! Their price was extremely affordable for 10 hours of photography and videography on our wedding day. The entire team was very professional and easy to get along with. They made us all relaxed on a busy, full day. Our photos were nothing short of stunning and we only waited 6 weeks to get copies of them all. It took about 3 months to get a beautifully made photo album as well. I was so impressed by everything, and we have over 1000 photos we’ll absolutely treasure for a lifetime! One thing I will say is to not expect a 1+ hour-long final wedding video. Something Blue photography and videography made us a beautiful wedding video that I love, but it was more of a highlight reel that was 17 minutes long. When I contacted them about this asking for the rest of the footage, Mike responded promptly and mailed us all of the raw footage on a hard drive within a few days. The footage was organized into folders and organized by different parts of the day. It was perfect. Other than the wedding video not being what I was expecting, I undoubtedly recommend Something Blue for any wedding in the Detroit area!!
