Rockefeller was the perfect location for our ceremony. They were great to work with, espcially in terms of the musicians. The chapel is a perfect backdrop for a romantic ceremony. Even though it is large, it still has an intimate feeling.

I had my wedding ceremony here on Sunday, May 27, 2012. It was Memorial Day weekend. I have never recalled a Memorial Day weekend in Chicago with bad weather... until now. On my wedding day, the temps reached a sweltering 97 degrees. This in itself is uncomfortable, but when you throw in no air conditioning... yikes. But it could have been much worse. Fans kept the temps bearable. Sure, it wasn't exactly cool, but considering how hot it was outside, the inside wasn't too bad. I took a star off for no a/c, but other than that, my experience with The Unity Temple was stellar. I worked with Meridian from the beginning, and she was very accommodating with us. At first I didn't think I could afford to have my wedding there. But I emailed her, asking if they could slash the price. I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask, right? The worst they could do is say no. To my shock, they were willing to go very close to the fee I asked for. Since it was already late into the season, and the chances of filling that day at the regular price was low, Meridian was willing to give us a discount. So I was able to have the ceremony at a beautiful and unique church. All my guests loved the intimacy of the space. We didn't even need a sound system. We had 100 guests, but I think you could fit about 200 in there. The interior is beautiful, and the design speaks for itself. You don't need to decorate much.

Father Britto is by far one of the nicest and kindest people my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. There is no one else I would have had be the Priest who married us.

This is the most beautiful church in the entire city of Chicago. I think it has one of the longest isles but it is gorgeous. My husband went to school here and we were so excited to get married at the church. Father Trout was so professional and great. Book ahead of time because there is a wait.

Orak is a beautiful place and is a great idea if you are planning on having 200 or more people. they have excellent food and a large dance floor. they seat the head table high up so everyone attending can see you.

5/5 star parish. ICSJ and Fr. Larry Lisowski were our favorite part of our wedding day. This is a very special parish. They were easy to work with and flexible. I have seen young adults come into ICSJ and reconnect with their faith. Fr. Larry gives a fun, vibrant twist to Mass that is refreshing. Not to mention the music is fabulous, and St. Joe's is beautiful inside.

St. Giles is such a beuatiful church. They are so helpful and easy to work with. The church is absolutely beautiful and they go out of their way to make the day perfect! I wouldn't have used another parish!

The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and just generally great to work with! Super happy with our decision to get married at First Presbyterian -- very grateful to have found this church for our wedding. Made some great memories. It was great to have an affordable space that could fit all of our guests for both a ceremony and reception, and it had beautiful spaces to take photos with our wedding party. I especially loved that there was ample space for the wedding party to get ready together the morning of the wedding and eat breakfast prior to the big day starting. Plenty of free parking for guests, as well. They are super flexible with their vendor arrangements, as well, which gave us the option to choose vendors we knew or wanted to prioritize working with. We would absolutely recommend getting married at First Presbyterian Church of Chicago.
