Awesome to work with. Professional in every way. Whatever we asked for, she was able to help us. Great food options. We had dietary restrictions (no gluten) for many guests and she was able to offer us delicious food that ALL OF OUR GUESTS could eat! Many of our guests raved about the food!

Amos Dean's Catering exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! From start to finish, Michael was an absolute joy to work with. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our day special.

I'm very glad that we supported this husband and wife small business. The food was delicious and the servers were polite and friendly. It was a little on the pricey side but we had brisket and a few other items that are on the more expensive side. You can pick however many items that you want, just keep in mind it will affect your price per person. It was well worth it and everyone kept telling us how good the food was. The best part is that they wrap up the leftovers for you and you get to keep them.

Baratta's catering did an amazing job with appetizers and the plated sit down dinner for 185 people at my daughters wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and Michelle was wonderful to work with. So many of our guests commented to us about the delicious food and great service! We were very happy with all aspects of our experience. We will absolutely use then again for any catering needs!

I’m a bit of a foodie and love to smoke meat. Best pulled chicken I’ve ever had, second best brisket. Great Cole slaw and broccoli salad. Great Mac and cheese (I’m hard to impress on this). Get the garlic potatoes too!

A little expensive, but worth it for the quality of the food and the super professional experience. We had zero issues, and the food was not only delicious, but was one of the best meals I've ever had at a wedding (and I'm not just saying that because they were my caterer; I was seriously impressed). I still hear about how great the food was from our guests, and it's been over a month since we got married. Personally, my favorites were the pork in demi-glaze and the carrots, but we also had chicken masala, garlic mashed potatoes, and tri-tip. Seriously to die for.

Last night, 9/13/2025, Christiani's catered a 205-person event in downtown Des Moines for the Catholic Diocese of Des Moines. The food was delicious; the staff were so friendly and flexible; and the pre-event communication with Peter was top-notch (quick to reply, thorough and patient). The staff were so quiet as they cleared away plates and glasses during the program that followed the dinner. They also catered appetizers for our event. We did not utilize their bar services and utilized volunteers for our bar.
