We found Encore Travel though the American Society of Travel Agents. The ASTA is an associate that upholds high quality standards for its members. Hugh Sheppard from Encore Travel is a member of the ASTA. Through the ASTA’s website, we submitted our plans for our honeymoon and received several quotes and itineraries from various travel agencies. Encore Travel hit the mark for what we wanted in service, travel planning, and within our budget. Working with Hugh as our travel agent was easy, informative, and a pleasurable experience. Hugh was able to design for us a travel itinerary that absolutely met our dream honeymoon expectations. His package was as all-inclusive as possible when traveling abroad. He was able to work with local tour guides to give us a truly customized trip while in Scotland. Hugh was easily accessible by phone and email, and was accommodating to all of our requests and needs. We had an amazing time in Scotland for our honeymoon, and that is in large part due to Hugh’s expert planning.

Carol provides a great services and truly knows the best spots. We know we are good hands when booking resorts because of Carol's knowledge and experience with so many resorts. We had a great experience and will be booking all of our travel with Carol in the future!

Upper Iowa Resort and Rental is a gorgeous campground right along the Upper Iowa River. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. There were several cabins at the resort that my wedding party stayed in for the weekend. The ceremony was held right along the river with the rolling green hills as a back drop. The reception took place in their large and modern pavilion and the dance (with dj) was help on the attached cement recreation area. Many guests brought their campers down and stayed the night but there was also a small motel up the road as well. The campground was an easy 45 minute drive from Lacrosse and all the guests had a great time! I could not have been happier with my experience! Check out their website at upperiowaresort.com!

Wonderful experience! Asked me exactly what i was looking for, gave me a few options to choose from, then sent a couple different packages ro choose from. Very easy to work with, and found the perfect package. Will definitely use Diamond Destinations for all upcoming vacations!

We had the best time on our honeymoon! Kim at Mosaic Shores was easy to work with. She planned our honeymoon perfectly so we could just show up and enjoy it together. We will definitely book with her again.
