Great Caterers of Iowa is a full service catering company that has been serving the Central Iowa area for 25 years! We are full service from your very simple drop off catering for a very simple wedding to a very high end butlered wedding that can included executing all the aspects of putting together a very memorable day without any stress. Looking for tables, chairs, tents, linens, china, bar service,ice sculptures, floral or even cakes or desserts just let us know and we can take care of all your needs.

We have several specialites here at Great Caterers of Iowa from our very broad menu to choose from and we also have chefs that have over 30 years of experience in making so many other foods other that what are listed on our website. Please remember we can customize to your budget and to all your food needs. We also offer full bar service with fully trained bartenders and can take care of all your requests you may have for this area as well.

Delicious!

A little expensive, but worth it for the quality of the food and the super professional experience. We had zero issues, and the food was not only delicious, but was one of the best meals I've ever had at a wedding (and I'm not just saying that because they were my caterer; I was seriously impressed). I still hear about how great the food was from our guests, and it's been over a month since we got married. Personally, my favorites were the pork in demi-glaze and the carrots, but we also had chicken masala, garlic mashed potatoes, and tri-tip. Seriously to die for.

Highly Recommend - Delicious Food!

Joni and the team we’re so great to work with and all the food was so delicious for our wedding! We got so many compliments throughout the night about it! Would definitely recommend for any type of event!

Best Wedding Cater!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about great caterers of Iowa. my husband and I were so impressed with our interactions with Joni and how wonderful her food is. Joni is incredibly reasonable with her prices and so easy to work with. Whether your budget is big or small, she will find a way to make it work.

Fabulous food!

I would highly recommend them for a wedding! They just catered for my daughter’s wedding! The food was fabulous and the servers were great!

Used caterer for wedding reception meal and it was fantastic!!! It was a bbq, buffet style and it we got tons of compliments on food!!! So good, simple, and different options for whatever you are interested in having!! Great company and super easy to work with! They also provided non-alcohol drinks of us as well.

We have been getting compliments on our food for months now after our wedding in September! Joni is great and made the process super easy. Great staff the day of and they even sent us home with all the yummy leftovers.

Great Caterers of Iowa catered our rehearsal dinner for us. Their food is amazing and I cannot recommend the enough! Their beef brisket is incredible, in particular. They were helpful and easy to work with.
