The Classic Center was wonderful both Emily (wedding coordinator) and Meredith (catering consultant) were great to work with! Emily made sure that the whole day ran smoothly and I wasn't worried with one detail that day. It was wonderful how they prepared our food and drinks for us so that we could actually sneak some food in. It was so great to work with professionals who were there every step of the way to make sure I was not stressed that day!

My husband and I got married at Hotel Indigo Athens almost 2 months ago now! We had an amazing experience with the hotel and the wedding planning/venue staff. As far as the hotel itself, we were very pleased! We had a room block at the hotel which included clean, cute, and spacious rooms for our guests which was a big hit. The lobby bar and outside patio area had plentiful seating and were a great hang out spot throughout our wedding weekend. What really made our experience amazing was the staff! Our wedding venue coordinator, Leigh, and our day of coordinator, Charlie, were just amazing. Leigh made the entire wedding booking and planning process so easy and Charlie did an incredible job with making sure the wedding day ran smoothly. Not to mention, they are just cool people and so fun to work with :) Even the bartenders at our wedding were incredible! They signed our guest book AND wrote a recipe for a specialty cocktail that my husband sampled at the wedding. We were so happy with all the aspects of Hotel Indigo Athens and we would for sure recommend it to anyone!

We had my daughter’s wedding on 6/7/25 here and we cannot thank Kim Moss and her amazing staff enough for all that they did to make it so perfect! The kindness, hard work and professionalism can’t be compared! They made our daughter and now son-in-law’s fairytale wedding come true! With a bad storm that came through for about 45 minutes, the sun came back out with cool breeze and Kim and her excellent team had tables, the tent and everything else perfect! Thank you for this amazing day. So many guests have told us it was “ the best wedding they have ever been to!” - John and Kim Enzmann

We had our daughter’s reception at The Veranda. We planned this event in about 4 weeks. When I say they were on the ball – they were on the ball. Summerlin and Gary answered questions quickly. They gave us an impromptu tour. Both venues are beautiful. We went with the Veranda as we were looking for a smaller more intimate place as we only had 70 people. If you haven’t seen the Veranda, it is awesome. Such a beautiful place. A little more casual which is what we were looking for. It has a few stained glass windows that were perfect for family pictures. After dark, the lighting outside is just beautiful. From the contract emails to us leaving Sunday night – everything went smoothly. All the staff were very helpful. We were thankful for being allowed to drop off some items a couple of days ahead of time. We loved using the beautiful bridal suite next door at the Venue for the day. Our guests were also impressed with the staff and the bartenders. If we needed something while at our event– Joe and Summerlin would take care of it immediately. We received many comments about how good the food was (Saucehouse). We choose the tenderloin and chicken. The fried chicken was some of the best I have ever had. Sides and appetizers were also great! We appreciated being able to bring in our own cake as well. You can’t go wrong using the Veranda. Very, very nice place with awesome food and people.

I could not recommend a better wedding venue! My husband and I had our reception in the ballroom of the Graduate Hotel on July 9th. We loved the convenience of us and our guests being able to stay at the hotel before and after the wedding. Rebecca was very communicative and a pleasure to work with during the planning process! The hotel's catering was excellent. Several people told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. It was truly the best day being able to have our wedding in our former college town and to be able to celebrate with the ones we love in such a fun and unique space.

We had our reception in the Georgian Ballroom and it was PERFECT!!!! Thank you all at the Holiday Inn for making our wedding the perfect event. We stayed there a few days before and after the ceremony is a very fair priced suite. The staff were flexible and worked with us to create the perfect event. We could not have been happier! I would recommend this venue to anyone!!!! Thank you!!

Great service and wonderful food!

To begin, my fiance and I wanted to have as big a hand as possible in our wedding food without actually cooking on the day of the wedding. With this, we set out to find a caterer who would work with the ingredients that we brought "to the table". We grew and preserved food for 12 months in preparation for our wedding feast. Hugh, Mimi and Chuck were OUTSTANDING!!!!!! They were so flexible with the unpredictability of the season's yield and the inevitable problem of having multiple food sources. They also helped us stay within our budget by suggesting less costly options without blinking. I felt so taken care of on my wedding day and still felt very connected to the food they lovingly prepared for our closest loved ones. Responsiveness: all I have to say is that I felt like I was their only customer. Mimi, Hugh and Chuck returned every phone call and email within 24 hours. There was never a doubt in my mind that they were on top of things and that things would turn out as good or better than expected. Value for cost: Ok, so our food costs were obviously dispersed throughout the season with sweat and weekend mornings spent planting, weeding, watering, harvesting and preserving. But, do the math: 125 people; $2900 in catering costs (not including alcohol or rentals). We are still working through the left overs which we have portioned and frozen in our basement.

We rented the Day Chapel for our wedding day. It was a small wedding in July. The Chapel was nice and cool for our guests and it was easy to set up everything ourselves. There was plenty of room for a dance floor and guests to sit and eat. The caterer's already knew the drill because the chapel has a list that they use. We also didn't have to worry about visitors to the garden interrupting our wedding.

We did not have our reception here, just our ceremony, and it was so beautiful! The Day Chapel is so unique and interesting, and really well laid out for a wedding. There are little suites downstairs for the bridal party to wait for people to arrive, and a huge room to line up for entrances. The staircase up to the main entrance allows for a really nice entrance, and the doors into the actual chapel space are SO BEAUTIFUL, like the rest of the chapel. We had 86 guests and it was the perfect size! I'm sure you could have been comfortable with 100 guests, but any more would probably be a little tight. We did not want a huge space with our number of guests because we wanted it to be cozy and look full. I cannot express how amazing this space is for photos and it was so perfect for our day!
