My wedding reception at the Sequoia Mansion was everything I wanted and more! The staff was absolutely incredible, both leading up to the big day and on the day itself. Amy, our Event Expert, made the planning process so easy and so enjoyable. From decor to timelines to the buffet menu, Amy ensured that my husband and I had everything we needed, and gave us so many wonderful ideas along the way. She even worked with our photographer to present us with a framed photo of our first kiss from our ceremony just hours before, which was so sweet and thoughtful! We attended the Mansion's Wedding Faire about six months before our wedding, as well, so we got to meet all of their amazing vendors (photographer, florist, baker, etc.), tour the venue, and really envision what our wedding day would be like, which was extremely helpful. Both then and on the day of our wedding, the food was absolutely delicious, the bartender made us fantastic cocktails, and the DJ ensured we stuck to our timeline -- while also making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Members of the Sequoia Mansion team checked on us periodically throughout the entire evening to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied, without being overbearing. I never once felt stressed or disappointed, and I was able to focus on celebrating with my loved ones without any distractions. Perhaps one of my favorite features about the Sequoia Mansion was the family-feel of its environment. Not only did the staff feel like family, but our own families were able to enjoy one another's company without feeling crammed into a small space. We had about 125 guests attend, and there was plenty of room for us to mingle, dance, and sit comfortably at dinner, but the space didn't feel overwhelmingly large either. My husband and I even got to take about an hour's worth of photos around the venue while our guests attended cocktail hour, which was so nice for everybody involved (there are so many beautiful places around the property to take photos, both inside and outside). I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Sequoia Mansion. They made my wedding day truly magical, and my husband and I will be forever grateful to them for all of their efforts and kindness.

​I cannot say enough good things about The Davies Family Inn at Shadowridge Ranch. It is truly an amazing venue for both the ceremony and the reception. The property itself is breathtaking; the views provide the most incredible backdrop for pictures, making every moment look magical. ​Beyond the scenery, what really sets this place apart is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond the regular call of duty to ensure everything is perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about making the day flawless and "on point." ​Another huge plus is the convenience of the on-site accommodations. Having rooms available for the main guests to stay right on the property made the entire experience so much more relaxing and convenient. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect wedding location!

What an absolute dream come true to have our wedding at lake and wood. The most beautiful magical day and wedding i have ever been too and it was MY OWN WEDDING. We had a very small intimate wedding of 25 people, and man was it perfect. Lake and wood and the whole crew was amazing to work with. I would not change a single thing about my wedding and lake and wood made that happen. Thank you thank you thank you. I would absolutely recommend Lake and Wood for your dream wedding.

Our experience with Serene Ranch and its owner, Todd Story, was nothing short of incredible! When we first began looking at venues, our appointment with Todd was number 2 on the list and once we left there we cancelled all of our upcoming venue tours. From the first introduction to the stunning property and being greeted by Todd's kindness all the way through our 13 months of wedding planning to follow, we are so thankful to have found Serene Ranch. Starting at the time we booked the venue all the way up to the big day, Todd was amazingly helpful and supportive. He offered recommendations for vendors when we asked, communicated quickly and effectively each step of the way and even went above and beyond by offering to build us extra pieces for the wedding if we wanted anything that he didn’t already have available. The property was manicured beautifully for the wedding day and Todd was even around throughout the day to make sure that none of our vendors needed anything during setup. Not to mention, since there is a house on the property, we got to stay their over the wedding weekend and not have to deal with the stress of cleaning up the wedding on the night of and that was such a blessing! I would recommend Serene Ranch to anyone who is the process of searching for their dream venue - you will not be disappointed.

We cannot get over how perfect our wedding went at Saureel. We got so many compliments about our choice in venue. Our first dance on the dock was something my husband and I (and our guests) will never forget.

We picked this place simply because we were on a budget and weren't having a huge wedding. The fairgrounds have quite a few buildings they rent out big and small, but we decided on the Corker Building. It was rustic and beautiful all at the same time. The staff was very prompt with communication and they did chair/table set up and take down for us which was a huge help. Very beautiful area and a great venue for those on a budget.

Where do I even begin... We were just married here last weekend and it was a dream come true. The property is stunning with breathtaking views of the Coloma Valley and Bob and Kathleen are so wonderful and welcoming. The hospitality was beyond words. The first night of our arrival Kathleen beckoned us from our room in a hushed voice to point out 3 baby deer on the front lawn. A magical start to a magical weekend. We wanted to really enjoy they experience and so arrived several days before our Saturday wedding. (Brides to be- if possible this is definitely the way to do it!) This gave us time to enjoy the pool and hot tub and relax after months of wedding prep. We were greeted each morning with hot coffee and a delicious breakfast cooked by Kathleen- veggie frittata, fresh fruit, country french toast with blueberry syrup- oh my!!! Bob worked tirelessly to make sure the property was absolutely perfect for our Saturday wedding and I can tell you it was BEAUTIFUL!!! If you hold your wedding here, the package includes an event coordinator, Jordan. Where do I even begin... Jordan is amazing!!! From the moment we viewed the property 8 months before she worked with us to ensure we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. She recommended vendors that she trusted, answered my many many emails promptly, checked in on details that an overwhelmed bride may forget, and truly took all the stress and worry out of our wedding day. She was beyond wonderful and we couldn't have done it without her. We already have plans to return down the line for an anniversary getaway! Bella Vista Bed and Breakfast will always hold a special place in our heart!

The most beautiful venue! We were so pleased with Leaning Tree Lodge!

Fantastic venue and stay. This place made a very stressful 2020 seem a world away and brought my micro wedding into reality. We are already looking forward to our anniversary stay.

My son’s wedding - June 4th 2022… Most beautiful and beyond amazing venue !!! 4:00 wedding … Deanna has all the lighting set up for the evening … Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!! Magical !!! Beyond loved it !!! Deanna was AWESOME 😊😊😊
