We had our wedding at The McCormick Scottsdale in the Lakeside Ballroom, and it was absolutely beautiful. The ballroom offers a stunning view of the lake and golf course, with a mountain backdrop that made the setting even more picturesque. Since our wedding was in the evening, we also had an incredible view of the sunset, which made the atmosphere truly magical. The patio with bistro lights added a romantic touch, and one of our favorite features was the floor-to-ceiling windows that we were able to open in the evening—seamlessly merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for our guests to enjoy. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests raved about how much they enjoyed it. It was such a highlight of the evening and really elevated the overall experience. Debra was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well accommodated. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue or better experience. Highly recommend The McCormick Scottsdale to anyone looking for a gorgeous setting, delicious food, and exceptional service for their special day!

I have so many positive things to say about my experience with the Omni Montelucia for our wedding. We used the Castillo room for both our reception and ceremony. I knew from the moment I saw other photos of this particular event space that this was the place I wanted to get married. It is dark and moody and sensual. The chandeliers are incredible and are enhanced with additional candles in that space. Brooke (wedding event coordinator) was an actual lifesaver. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She gave us ideas when I felt stuck or confused for decorating. She helped guide us with decision making. She explained various pros and cons of menu selections or timelines. Brooke set up various tastings and made the experience absolutely magical. I felt at ease whenever in her presence. She went out of her way to make me feel like royalty, and I had never experienced that before. I will always be appreciative of her and her team for the kindness they showed us from start to finish. The staff during our wedding day were beyond attentive and on top of it. My guests told me after the fact how staff never let their drinks run empty or their food get cold. The service was impeccable. My guests were absolutely astounded by the experience that night. I cannot recommend this venue enough. If this fits your budget, and you are able to add to the venue by additional decorating vendors and djs and entertainment, this will be the best night of your life! Plus the actual rooms are to die for in terms of accommodations. The most important thing to know is: this venue offers the basics for seating and dining. They include food and beverage in wedding packages. They include basic table clothes and lanterns. If you want extra you will need to contract with outside vendors. I was scared about not having seating for my guests during cocktail hour outside the Castillo room, however they ended up using the resort tables and chairs that were already in the space and it wasn’t an issue at all! The food, servers, and bar tenders were all 10/10 and I cannot thank them enough. You can tell they work hard to make everyone satisfied. I will never forget that night and I am forever thankful. Like I said, if this fits your budget (approx $40,000 to account for all other vendors for entertainment) then please consider this venue. The Castillo room has so much potential for like minded gothic/vampire enthusiasts!

We had our small wedding/elopement at the Scottsdale Plaza in October and it was absolutely amazing. Kylie Huddleston handled our wedding and made everything come together seamlessly. She was the best planner and was always available to answer our questions before the wedding. We had just under 20 guests and were able to plan both the ceremony and reception in less than three months. Kylie and the Plaza offer some of the best vendors, from our amazing officiant, Gwen Waring, to our incredible photographer, Erin Ashlee. Brice Le Mene did a fantastic job handling our cocktail hour and dinner. We felt so special and taken care of before and on the day of our wedding. The elopement package was by far the most inclusive package offered by any resort or hotel within Maricopa County. The price of the package plus our reception was fair and well worth the cost. If you're looking to have a small or big wedding, Kylie and the Plaza will have you covered and provide you with a dream event! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend the Plaza to couples planning a wedding.

We are so happy we chose Sanctuary for our wedding. It's such a beautiful venue, the views down into the valley are absolutely breathtaking and they were such a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and cocktail hour. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue and scenery was. The Sanctuary staff are absolutely amazing. Sierra was a joy to work with and was incredibly professional, and working through some unusual requests from us to work around the groom's food allergies for a safe wedding day. The servers during dinner were very professional and attentive and they elevated the dinner experience a lot. The food was excellent, many guests told us afterwards it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Sanctuary is truly a top notch wedding venue in every category, we highly recommend it.

We had a small, 14 person wedding in one of the private rooms at Lon's. Michele, on the event team, was incredible! She met with us beforehand, took time to answer all of our questions, accommodated our group's dietary allergies and made sure there were COVID safety measures in place. The food and drinks were also delicious. All of our guests were impressed with the fresh ingredients, rich smoky flavors and high quality of service from the catering staff. Most of our family members also stayed at the Hermosa Inn resort. All of our rooms, the outdoor spaces and pool area were tranquil and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable retreat! We felt extremely well taken care of at Hermosa Inn and we're eager to come back in future years to celebrate our wedding anniversaries!
