Very good price and Krystal did a fabulous job with my hair, and Kat did a great job with the makeup (the downers grove salon)

Zano's salon was of course extremely professional and very flexible. I had a morning wedding and they scheduled a stylist to come in at 6am, which was much appreciated! The thing I was not pleased with was that the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted to do with my hair- I left on my wedding day not pleased, which is an awful feeling. Looking back at my hair it was ok, but not what I envisioned on my wedding day. For the amount of money it cost to get my hair done, I think there would probably be somebody else that could do a better job.

What is the point of getting a trial if your hair looks completely different the day of your wedding? My hair looked fine but wasn’t what I envisioned at all or close to what I agreed with my stylist at our trial. It is a ridiculous amount of money to pay to not even ensure you get what you want. Wedding day timelines are too tight to redo your hair so I was pretty much stuck with it. Also bizarre that bridal prices are more than bridesmaids. It’s the same amount of work.
