My wife and I hired Cindy to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. Originally, we thought that maybe a family member or close friend would work as the “coordinator”, but after doing some research we decided to hire a professional. Cindy was beyond amazing, and I cannot stress enough how beneficial it was to have her there. She helped us with the timeline, and gave us advice on every aspect of the wedding. On the day of Cindy was invaluable. She took care of any problem that came our way, and made the whole day go off seamlessly. Cindy and her team (we hired two additional people to help on the day of) worked tirelessly all day to ensure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. Our wedding was perfect, and a large part of that was due to Cindy.

I didn't think that I needed an event planner or could even afford one. Truth is, I was wrong. Cindy had ideas and options that I had never thought of and even saved us money on rentals. She was courteous and professional at all times, even when handling difficult people. The time Cindy saved me was worth more than her fee. I highly recommend her services.

I'm not trying to be dramatic, but I literally don't know what I would have done without the help and guidance of Cindy of Zane Event Company. She was there every step once we hired her, and helped to be the perfect buffer between our vendors and myself. As a busy wedding professional myself, I had high standards of a no bs, get it done planner, and Cindy delivered and then some. Plus, the spreadsheets and layouts she sends you are divine- I loved seeing them in my inbox. It made our event feel organized and in control. Cindy is helpful, fun and knows exactly what she is doing and what needs to get done. If you need someone to keep everything in line and make your vision happen, Cindy is your woman.

I didn't think that I needed a wedding coordinator, but I'm so glad that I changed my mind and and that I chose Zane Event Company! It was an incredible pleasure to work with Cindy. I know, without a doubt, that our wedding day would not have been half of what it was without her. She is a pure joy to work with - creative, smart, compassionate, magnanimous, relentless. You can see her creative wheels turning when you tell her about your vision and it was exciting to hear her ideas about bringing the vision to life. honestly, for me, the best part about her service was her practicality and willingness to put my ideas in check so that we stayed on budget. What I loved about it was that she had an alternative idea to give the look and feel that I wanted without going overboard on cost. She goes above and beyond to make sure that your special day is exactly what it should be - the best day of your life. I'd absolutely love to work with her again!

Cindy helped make my wedding visions come true. I had an idea of what and where I wanted my wedding but needed help with the details. After meeting with Cindy, I felt comfortable with turning the planning and details over to her. She just "got it". She was the perfect liaison with the venue and myself and was the consummate professional. Cindy showed up with charts, pictures, suggestions and a great attitude. I couldnt have asked for a more beautiful day and credit Cindy with making it happen.
On a side note, I have such faith in Cindy's style and taste, I hired her to help redesign my new kitchen and LOVE it.

Zane Event Company is the best. Cindy personally oversaw every facet of the wedding, and was there to insure everything went flawlessly (which it did!). Her professionalism in dealing with us and with the other vendors and venue managers is what impressed me the most. She cut through right to the heart of what needed to get done, and wasn't afraid to tell us that what was and wasn't possible. I completely relaxed after our first meet up with her, knowing she was completely in control. That feeling was so freeing and put me at so much ease, like a weight had been lifted.

Could not recommend enough.

Cindy is absolutely fantastic! She has a wonderful eye for design and can really work with a budget! She is not afraid to be honest and to take your vision and bring it into focus. I wish I could do my event again!! She is great under pressure too and really helps take the stress off. If it wasn't for Cindy I do not think I could have fully enjoyed my special day.
