Woolery Mill is an industrial-chic wedding venue in Bloomington, Indiana, serving couples in the Indianapolis, Lafayette, and Terre Haute areas. The stone mill was built in 1930, and is a gorgeous venue boasting soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and modern amenities suited to bring historic flair to your wedding event.
Facilities and Capacity
Acknowledged as a National Historical Landmark in 2002, the mill was originally used as a limestone quarry and housed a range of structures and buildings. The mill closed for operation in 1996, and has now been transformed into a 76,000-square-foot space with exposed beams, modern accents, and an industrial kitchen. With an expansive, 19,000-square-foot banquet room, spacious patios, and multiple event rooms, Woolery Mill is the perfect space for celebrations with guest lists of 50 to 450. The Mill offers a bridal suite, in addition to dedicated spaces on the east and south sides of the venue for pre-event preparations or celebratory cocktails with your wedding party. For outdoor events, the establishment features two spacious uncovered patios, as well as a courtyard. Guests will enjoy convenient parking with 233 on-site spaces throughout the South lot, east lot, and circle drive with handicap spaces. The facility is open year-round with January and February included in off-peak season.
