VisionLoft Events owns two wedding venues in downtown Indianapolis boasting a contemporary and urban interior with a luxury finish. VisionLoft Events Mass Ave, with its clean, minimalist lines and charming red brick walls, is an eye-catching combination of historical elements and modern style. Exposed pipes overhead lend an industrial vibe to the space, and the ambient lighting and wooden furniture soften the cold metal. Couples planning their wedding are sure to fall in love with the flexible and relaxing nature of the venue. Many innovative and technological enhancements within the main banquet hall, namely the interactive touch video wall, elevate the virtual wedding experience. Up to 200 guests can enjoy the high-tech functions of this digital wall, where they can share in-the-moment photos and videos from the big day for everyone to see. Other exciting elements include the black glass boards where guests can write messages to the newlyweds instead of a traditional guestbook.

VisionLoft Stutz boasts the crisp white detailing in the newly renovated STUTZ automobile factory. This venue holds up to 310 guests. You will have the option for an outdoor courtyard wedding or even a happy hour in the historic automobile museum! Yor guests will be amazed to enter the space with a floor to ceiling moss wall. The space is adorned with globe chandeliers with plant decor.

VisionLoft Events (Mass AVE and STUTZ) offers all-inclusive rental packages for weddings and private events for up to 200 guests at Mass Ave and 310 at the STUTZ). The rental fees provide couples with access to the property from eight in the morning to midnight, allowing ample time for decorating and celebrating. Couples can include venue setup services, in-house audiovisuals, and day-of coordination to complete their wedding day. Additionally, the main rental package includes all tables, chairs, and soft seating. Vendor recommendations can also be provided

Phenominal!

Absolutely phenomenal! You couldn't ask for better people to do your reception. Their location is clean, industrial and fun! The staff is even better! We had made requests for specialty cocktails and they were happy to oblige! They made everything perfect!

An incredible experience

We looked at quite a few venues and just couldn’t find the one. When we walked into VisionLoft, we knew immediately we’d be using the venue. It is stunning and such a great aesthetic inside. Heather was our coordinator and she was fabulous! She made the day run so flawlessly and gave us great suggestions during the planning process. All do the staff at VisionLoft were incredible. Highly recommend!

A hidden Indianapolis gem!

WOW! Working with VisionLofts and Heather turned out event from a wedding to a magical wedding. The value, the beauty and workability of the space and the ease of working with this venue was top-notch. Plus, it is right off Mass.Ave, a downtown middle ground for fun before and after!

Great people and a great space!!

Our wedding was on 12/5/2020, so we’ve obviously been through a lot of ups and downs because of COVID-19, but through it all, VisionLoft was absolutely amazing. We booked with them because of the beautiful space and because of the great vibes we got from our first meeting. And it’s really that good energy that kept us going when we weren’t sure if our wedding could still happen. Julie was always there to respond to my panic emails with reassurance that they were keeping up with every health department update, and the day (really the hour) she found out we needed to apply for health department approval, she was on top of it! Heather and the team set up the space according to my plan, but also spread everything out and were imaginative about how to make it safe AND beautiful. The space is so beautiful and modern on its own, and so romantic when you add your decor. The bartenders were great and Dan even worked with us to accommodate craft beer requests. I can’t say enough good things about these people and their space, and I’m so grateful we did 2020 with them!

Best location and Most accommodating staff!

VisionLoft was a dream for us! We couldn't believe all the options for vendors, layout, and location. The owners and event planner were so amazing and offered so many flexible options for our day. The location is right at the start of Mass Ave and walking distance to everything downtown Indy has to offer. We had both our ceremony and reception in the spot and everyone working our wedding was in such a great mood, which must have been so hard since we were the 3rd wedding of the weekend, but they did not let the tired show at all! The bar packages are great and everyone complimented the glassware and options VisionLoft used. Dan, Julie, and Heather, we couldn't thank you enough for making our day so perfect!

Amazing Experience

Overall great experience so far with this event space. Not only is it visually stunning, but the location is fantastic. Great communication and flexibility so far with event staff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Space Downtown Indy!

We had our wedding at VisionLoft Events and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The space is gorgeous with tons of cool tech options to play with. We had both our ceremony and reception in the space and the staff at VisionLoft performed the entire flip from ceremony to reception in one hour while our guests explored Mass Ave. We had so many compliments on the look of the space and our guests enjoyed the quick break without any problems! I did struggle with communication with the owners and had to hire a separate wedding coordinator to help with that. In the end everything went fairly smoothly I just wish it would have been communicated up front that the owners were hands off regarding planning details along the way. If you plan to hire a coordinator everything should work out well!

COVID wedding made worse by VisionLofts

I fell in love with the space and we decided to book it for our wedding. Two weeks before our wedding, COVID hit and we were in full lockdown. They offered to have it moved which we did, thinking it would be a short illness and not something that lasted months (and now over a year). The government executive order would not even allow us to have our wedding on our original date even if we wanted too. After changing the date, we decided to cancel completely after a month of changing the date because we did not feel safe in the venue or the lack of precautions they were taking. We realized this was going to be longer than we had expected and could not have the day that we thought and planned for. They did not care one bit about the stress or heartache that planning a wedding in a pandemic causes. They only cared about themselves and the money they were making off of people who were making extremely tough decisions about the most important day of their lives. They are the ONLY vendor we had that did not offer any type of concession due to COVID. Out of dozens of vendors and companies that I worked with, they are the only ones who were not understanding and did not care about their clients. We did not expect a full refund as that is not what we received from other vendors but we received almost half of the amount of all non refundable deposits from other vendors. I’m very sad that they did not care about anything other than money. It was such a difficult and sad time. We would have loved to have our wedding there but could not for the safety of us and our guests. I wish they would have done right by their clients. Truly a shame and sad experience.

Our Horrible Experience With Vision Loft

Our wedding couldn’t be held because of Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order 20-08 which explicitly forbid the event. Vision Loft refused to offer a refund like so many of our other vendors! It says a lot about Dan and Julie. They are ruthless and only care about your money at the end of the day. Please don’t waste your money for this mediocre space with such poor management.
