This was an amazing venue for a wedding. The gazebo and garden made for some amazing photos and the interior allowed us to have the kind of warm, intimate reception we wanted! Angela was fantastic, thanks again!

When my mother and I started to look for a venue to hold my baby shower we ran across Woodmont Clubhouse and chose it mainly because of the convenient location for all of my guests. It has been almost a week now since the celebration, and I cant express enough how wonderful our experience has been. From the staff to the venue itself, you will not be disappointed. To the ladies in the office, specifically Ms. Karen and Ms. Barbara to Mr. David who was our clubhouse monitor that afternoon, my family and I would like to thank you!

Was a very nice place for the money. We did not have a lot of cash to work with. The gazebo was beautiful and where we held the ceremony. Reception was inside and easily held about 150 people. Large kitchen for catering. Simple and easily made elegant.

The Gazebo is beautiful but unfortunately the manager is horrible to work with. She called us numerous times saying we owed different amounts and then called back saying we ended up overpaying. She told me in writing that we could have access to the inside of the building for dressing prior to the wedding, when we got there the building was locked. We scrambled to find somewhere else to change. After the ceremony the room was open so we went inside to wait until our guests made their way to the reception. She came in a was so incredibly rude telling us that she never said we could be inside and we needed to get out (mind you we had JUST gotten married, so she was completely ruthless and ruined this normally happy moment). After the wedding, my guests told me that a couple minutes before I walked down the aisle she was going up to all of them asking them to get up and move their cars! After I sent her the email she sent me confirming we could use the inside she "apologized" and said she assumed I rented the inside since no bride has ever asked her that before. I let her know that as a patron I would assume she would know the specifics of my rental to which she replied she did not know my name and only knew my husbands....mind you we had had several email correspondenses before this inculding her sending me payment amounts. Bottom line, the Gazebo is beautiful and reasonably priced, but make sure you get everything in writing with this one!

I had my son’s birthday party here 5 years ago and had no issues, but I just had my wedding here last month and it was a DISASTER!! When I arrived the morning of my wedding to decorate, I was informed the bathrooms were not working and that my guests would have to cross the dimly lit street all night to use an outdoor park style restroom across the street. Which was quite off putting being that we were all dressed in ball gowns and suits. To make matters worse the entire venue smelt foul and of fecal matter because the toilets in BOTH bathrooms were overflowing. This totally ruined the whole evening and even made guests leave early, when I asked to be compensated I was told $200 was the best she could do and that I was “lucky” to have the bathroom across the street. I will NEVER have an event here again. Worst customer service!!

The absolute worst venue to have a wedding. The clubhouse manager is incredibly rude and treats you as if you are a bother and stands over you watching everything you do while you are running around trying to set up for your event. When we went to scout the venue, she sat there and huffed and puffed and forced us to leave early because she didn't want to sit there while we went over the facility. She constantly micromanaged everything we tried to do and put so many restrictions that the reception was absolutely miserable, not to mention the added stress from her monitoring everything. She stood over the DJ for at least a half an hour while he was setting up.....with her hands on her hips, just staring at him and then she told him that we could not have loud music because there was a noise ordinance and we would get arrested. This wedding was very small with many older people. It wasn't a loud, crazy party. We didn't even have alcohol (mainly because she forbid it and gave so many restrictions). She treats it as if you are intruding on her home and constantly tells you not to do this or that. She actually was insisting we put the cake table on the dance floor and started arguing with me when I told her we were absolutely not putting the cake table on the dance floor. They definitely need to fire her and find another manager. She is old and runs it like a nursing home. DO NOT RENT THIS FACILITY FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!
