We hosted a 200-person Destination Wedding weekend in Las Vegas. We worked with Tara for both our welcome party and our wedding day. We credit Tara with the most epic Welcome Event of all time. Thanks to her, our guests experienced new Las Vegas (Resorts World/Wynn/Fontainebleau), classic Vegas (Paris/Bellagio), and old Las Vegas with a night on Fremont Street. It gave everyone a true sense of everything the city has to offer.
 
From the Bride: My husband and I were long-distance for 6 of the 9 months we spent planning. From three different time zones, Tara made it feel like we were always in sync.
 
Our venue included Chiavari chairs; however, against my family and the groom’s wishes, I chose to rent chairs for the ceremony and reception. Tara coordinated consultations and proposals with five vendors to ensure we got the best price in the city. Gmail logged over 114 emails in rental chains alone, not including countless calls and texts. Ultimately, the groom and FOB agreed the rentals were 100% worth it, especially after seeing the photos. I’m so glad I stood firm, but even more grateful to Tara for taking all the time in the world to make me feel comfortable and confident moving forward in this decision.
 
Tara was always organized, never pushy. Her presence made the entire process feel effortless. Tara has incredible emotional intelligence and grace under pressure. She kept us on schedule, managed all vendor communication seamlessly, and represented us and our event with warmth, professionalism, and joy.
 
From the Groom: Tara is the perfect balance between a friendly, caring vibe that never oversteps, and strong organization, poise, and leadership. She has incredible intuition, knowing when to offer guidance and when to step back and let the couple make their own decisions.
 
The planning process was organized, with frequent calls and check-ins that helped us feel confident and prepared for the big day. Throughout the process, Tara provided excellent vendor recommendations and was thoughtful in ensuring we had the right people for our specific needs. Every vendor she connected us with was vetted, experienced, and delivered when it mattered most.
 
On the actual wedding day, Tara and her team (shoutout to Danielle and Matt!) were completely locked in, making everything seamless for us. Their day of execution was next level… There were so many little things they handled that saved us time and made the day more enjoyable. From coordinating our photos before the party started to getting us drinks and always ensuring we were in the right place at the right time, they handled it all.

From the very beginning, Tara was our ROCK! My fiancé and I had so many ideas about how we wanted our wedding weekend to be, but we were all over the place with no clear vision. Tara was there to ask all the right questions, guide us, provide advice, give honest answers and opinions and when it was time to create our design…she absolutely nailed it, and it was PERFECTION!
Throughout the planning process, Tara was professional, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. She provided detailed information and pricing from vendors, went the extra mile to make sure everyone understood our vision, and only recommended people she knew would be a great fit for us. She was our voice, and we trusted her completely!
Our wedding spanned three days. For the rehearsal dinner, Tara created an intimate cocktail hour and dinner with custom menus and elegant, understated décor. The welcome reception had a lively and exciting vibe, with a creative food and beverage menu and lots of personal touches. On our wedding day, Tara coordinated everything from room setups to moving guests between spaces, as well as coordinating outfit and HMU changes for me. The entire weekend, our guests kept telling us how seamless and beautiful everything was, and how friendly and attentive Tara was, and we couldn’t agree more! Walking into our reception and seeing how it all came together was surreal; it was everything we’d hoped for and more!
From day one, we knew Tara and her team were dedicated to making our wedding perfect for US, but what mattered most was how personal the entire experience felt. We really enjoyed the planning process and were fortunate to be able to fly to Vegas for a couple of meetings. By the time our wedding day arrived, we didn’t just have an incredible planner – we had a dear friend and for that we are truly grateful!

We got married two months ago. In the engagement process, we couldn’t imagine the planning or execution going any smoother than it did. She thought of things we didn’t even think about and gave us insight when we needed it. We were extremely busy during our 10 month engagement with work, school, and unforeseen family challenges-- I have no idea how we would have done it without Tara! Tara made the wedding planning stress-free and enjoyable. She was also phenomenal with working with our budget and helping our wedding look and feel incredible, while being efficient with our finances. Then on the day of she was a rockstar! She ensured everything went smoothly and seamlessly-- while also frequently checking in on each of us. As my husband loves to say about Tara, she was our wedding planner, therapist at times, and most importantly our friend now. Our wedding was beautiful and everything we could ever want for our special day! Overall, we were incredibly blessed to have Tara plan our wedding. She truly was/is a God send! People have told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and we know that was due to Tara. We cannot recommend her enough- if you are looking for a wedding planner look no further!

Tara and Danielle are both AMAZING wedding planners! Tara was my main planner, with Danielle helping on the day of. We met Tara because she was listed as a recommended vendor by our venue. We met with about 5 planners, and Tara was the most attentive and invested. She asked about our vision for the wedding and really helped guide us and keep us on schedule. This was very important for us, since we were planning our wedding from the east coast and would not be able to meet many of our vendors or take many trips out to Vegas. Tara recommended some other top vendors based on our budget, and was always very responsive with great ideas by email/text.

On the day of the wedding, both Tara and Danielle RAN THE SHOW. I literally had ZERO hiccups. Everything was decorated and placed so BEAUTIFULLY. I have no idea how they kept everything on a perfect timeline while still checking on me to make sure I was enjoying my day. Danielle even found me mid cocktail hour while I was taking photos to sneak us some of our cocktails and horderves! I love how they made sure that I was present and enjoying my wedding day. Before the ceremony, Tara came to the suite to check on me and walk me down to the ceremony location, and I truly felt like I had known her for years. This team is truly special and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Hands down the best decision we made in wedding plan was hiring Tara with Tara Marie Events! The planning process can be stressful, but Tara made the process so easy and fun! We had a large wedding which was really much more like large-scale event (two different performers, fireworks, four different areas in the venue to decorate and move guests to and from) and Tara not only coordinated it all but it all ran ON TIME!

Tara isn’t only exceptional at coordinating, but also making the best suggestions from everything from the florist and videographer to what side of the aisle our parents should sit on to get the best view of their child during the ceremony. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and we greatly appreciated how she would provide her true opinion and give us the space to decide what we wanted. She guided us towards creating the most beautiful wedding day with her expert tips and advice and ensured that the day was still 100% true to us as a couple.

Tara is also incredibly good at being in your corner. Whether it’s a vendor who isn’t providing what they agreed to or a bridesmaid who’s driving you crazy or just day-of nerves, Tara is there to put out any fires, find you a space to vent, or give you a pep talk before your first look. She is the person you want by your side every step of the way! And I don’t just say this, but I actually gifted full planning by Tara and Tara Marie Events to my best friend for her wedding, because there’s truly no one better than Tara and her team!

Also, this is not just the opinion of the bride, but my husband as well was incredibly impressed by how flawlessly Tara planned executed all of the details of our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and day after brunch, all while keeping us and any needs we had throughout the process and day-of at the forefront of her attention. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was really about us, and she took such good care of us that we could genuinely enjoy every part of our day/wedding weekend, without having to worry about a thing!

Tara is the only reason we were able to pull off a wedding in 2020! We hired her as a partial planner, and could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond, not just on our wedding day, but from the moment we had our first call with her! She helped solidify our day-of timeline, kept us organized and on track, took care of things we didn't have time for, navigated changing our 80 person wedding into a 50 person wedding only two weeks before our big day, and provided seamless support on the day of our wedding. From start to finish, Tara and Danielle were incredible. I had already booked all of my vendors, so their 60 day package was priced just right. The day of, Danielle just blew me away. The hardest decision I had was moving the ceremony inside due to weather, and no one knew that any changes were made. Everything fell into place so that we could just enjoy our day. Danielle even tracked down the one open bar to bring me my favorite drink.

Tara made our vision of what our dream wedding would be like a reality with only 4 months of planning. I was overwhelmed when I tried to plan it myself, but she stepped right in with great ideas. She had a Micro Wedding package that allowed us to have a beautiful intimate ceremony that we envisioned. Her knowledge of vendors made everything so easy for us to make decisions. Tara is so organized, professional and detail orientated. She is the dream wedding planner you want to make sure your day is perfect. All we had to do was show up and she took care of EVERYTHING! Having Tara as our planner was the best decision we made.

Tara was a godsend for our 2020 wedding! Of course, being a corona bride in itself was extremely stressful, so to have Tara as our day of coordinator was like a weight lifted off my shoulder. From the moment I first reached out to her, she has been so proactive, easily accessible and supportive during the wedding planning process. Tara was definitely the catalyst for our seamless wedding day timeline. Tara is very knowledgeable in all wedding things. She is very honest and will speak her opinion on things, which I loved. When the pandemic hit, my husband and I were in such a predicament, debating on whether to postpone or not. Of course, Tara reached out to make sure we were okay. Our first decision was to postpone, but a month before the wedding, we decided to go through with it and have an intimate wedding. With such short notice, Tara was able to pull everything off seamlessly. She was in contact with all our wedding vendors to update them on our change and made sure all our vendors were on site the time they needed to be. As the bride, I felt like the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Of course, Tara, my MOH and bridesmaids took care of all the stresses that come with the wedding day so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. On my special day, if she wasn't by my side making sure I was okay or properly hydrated, she was occupied elsewhere making sure everything was going according to plan. I am so glad we had Tara on board. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning a wedding during a pandemic is something I don't wish on anyone. Tara was my lifesaver and the reason why we were able to have the wedding of my dreams! We are so grateful for her!

Coming into wedding planning, my fiancée and I were not even sure if we needed a wedding planner or not, but OMG we are so glad we got one...and particularly that we hired Tara. From the beginning she was so personable and easy to talk to. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she was available for all our needs and concerns amid all the changes. She communicated with all our vendors, our venue, our wedding party. When we decided to change our wedding into a mini ceremony, Tara quickly took charge.
