Lane was absolutely amazing and the best photographer I have ever encountered! She did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Both our engagement photos and our wedding photos were stunning. Lane is very professional and was attentive to all of our wishes. She is extremely creative, fun, and friendly! I can honestly say Lane captured every part of our wedding day and did not miss anything. I was so happy with how everything turned out. I received so many compliments from guests about her as well. She has an exceptional personality and it's obvious she is truly passionate about her work. Lane was a joy to work with and worth every penny, I highly recommend her! My husband and I will certainly be using her in the future!

Lane did both our engagement session and wedding photography, and we couldn't be happier with how everything went.

Neither my now-husband nor I are particularly fond of being photographed, so we wanted to find a photographer who specialized in capturing natural moments and who we felt comfortable with. We first met Lane via a Skype call when we were fielding photographers, and we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. Fun, funny, easygoing, accommodating, and eager to get the best shots possible, she was everything we wanted (and needed!) in a wedding photographer.

After our engagement photos came out great, we knew we didn't have to worry about how the wedding photos would be. Lane showed up bright and early on our wedding day and worked tirelessly throughout (we had to actually order her to take a break and have some dinner!). She was great at keeping herself in the background and most of the night we weren't even aware that she was around, snapping photos left and right. And if she saw people gathering for a group shot someone was taking with a cell phone, she was quick to jump in and snap photos with her professional equipment.

Her turnaround on delivering the photos was pretty quick, and they came out better than we could have hoped. A lot of special moments were beautifully captured, and even the posed portraits don't look stiff and awkward like our posed photos usually do.

Throughout the many months we worked with Lane, she was endlessly helpful and kind, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we tossed her way. A few of our guests after the wedding commented on how great our photographer was. When I pointed out that they hadn't even seen the photos yet, they dismissed me, insisting "she was great" no matter what.

Lane is truly and artist and we could not have found a better photographer for our wedding day. We are thrilled with our photos and will use Lane for every photography need we have in the future. We recently received our wedding photographs and both my husband and I said "WOW" several times while looking through them for the first time. Lane captured everything from light, fun moments to the most intimate wedding ceremony moments with ease. Someone recently told us that our photos look like they came out of a magazine. We LOVE Lane!

As I approach my first year anniversary I am BEYOND THANKFUL that we chose Lane with Willow Lane Photography to capture our big day. Lane captured the most beautiful candid photos that I have ever seen in my life. Literally breath taking! She has such a gift of photography! I cannot recommend working with Lane enough. We did 11 hours with Lane on the day of the wedding, and used her for our photo booth. First, the photo booth was a HUGE hit. I love Willow Lane's photo booth because it's an open booth that can fit a TON of people, and she uses gorgeous backdrops to make the pictures look more elevated than traditional booths. Working with Lane as a day of photographer was a dream. Lane is a wonderful person who I consider myself lucky to have had around on the day of the wedding. She was flexible, kind, understanding, while also making sure everything got done in a timely fashion. She even got my 3 year old nephew to smile in pics! The pictures themselves are absolutely breathtaking. She captured every moment I could possibly hope for and so many more. If I could recommend one vendor, Lane would be it.

Lane was absolutely amazing. We found her via the internet and I immediately fell in love with her style. We immediately emailed her and her response was prompt and we set up an appointment. In the craziness of wedding planning, she was a breath of fresh air. She was professional, kind, and I immediately knew she was going to do an amazing job! Over the next few months, she guided us and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted from her and she paid such close attention to all of the details that we wanted to include. She was on time and professional during the wedding and reception, and most of our guests said that they did not even notice her at either one. When we got our pictures, we both cried. They were so amazing, almost everyone we show them to comments on their magazine quality. We look at them all of the time and love every single one of them. She is talented and an amazingly talented artist!

We came across Lane's work online when we were searching for a wedding venue. A venue we looked at featured some of her photos and we fell in love with her work. We connected via Skype to meet due to our distance (we're in Chicago), but we very comfortable with her right away. Lane was helpful when I had questions throughout the planning process and was very flexible on travel. Throughout the wedding day, Lane made my husband and I, our bridal party, and our family and friends feel so comfortable and at ease. She did a great job with appropriately timing our different photo locations, arriving at our venue early, and capturing all the must have shots we had requested on our photo list. By the end of the night, I had felt that Lane was just one of our friends. We received our photos earlier than we had expected and are completely blown away at the results! We could not be happier with our experience with Lane, she played such an important part in our day and now we have such great captured memories to look back on forever. I will not be surprised if my siblings and close friends reach out to her in the future for photography needs after having such a great experience. Thanks again for making our day Lane!

My now-husband is a photographer so you can imagine the high expectations he had for our wedding photographer. We were wary of photo filters and overly posted portraits and knew we wanted something "looser."

When we came upon Lane's work, it was a total revelation in wedding photography! Her book is totally indicative of the work she delivered for our wedding and we could not be happier. Lane captured so many tender, genuine and candid moments of us and our guests. True to her photography background as a photo-journalist, she maneuvered about the room so stealthily and gracefully that many of our guests didn't even realize she was there.

We would highly recommend Lane to any nearly-wed couple who (like us) is a little camera shy and doesn't want to pose for long. Lane's kind personality will put you at ease and her incredibly sharp eye will produce some prized photos.

Lane is the most amazing photographer I've seen, and we couldn't be more grateful for her! She made our day look amazing and went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She is professional, but patient and so sweet. I got SO many compliments on her gorgeous photos, they are unique artistic and like none I've seen elsewhere.

Lane did an amazing job. She's great to work with and makes beautiful photos. My only regret was not doing an engagement session with her - if you're on the fence about that, just go for it. You won't regret spending a little extra money for more gorgeous photos.
