When I say this is the most magical wedding venue...I mean it. Our experience with Willow Falls was amazing from the start. Our tour was such a lovely experience...with charcuterie and drinks waiting for us and Deidra was amazing. So it came as no surprise that our wedding at Willow Falls this past weekend was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Blake and the entire team at Willow Falls made our weekend so seamless and enjoyable. We had our wedding party stay on the property with us and there was more than enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit, the private balcony off the master suite, the peaceful sound of the waterfall trickling all weekend. I also cannot say enough great things about Deidra. You NEED to have her as your day-of-coordinator. She was amazing and I don't know what I would have done without her. I have absolutely zero complaints about Willow Falls and I would recommend it as a wedding venue to ANYONE. Our guests can't stop talking about how dreamy and whimsical our day was!

This was better than we could have ever imagined. If you want an outdoor wedding that is something out of a dream, this is the place.

This place is just magical! From the houses to the grounds themselves, I could not have pictured anything more perfect! The houses had everything that we needed, plus more. Being able to stay for three days made it that much more special to us. Willow falls has such a special place in our hearts

My husband and I are still glowing with delight at our Willow Falls wedding experience. The team at Willow Falls made sure we had everything we needed, and Deidra, our Day-of-Coordinator, did a wonderful job communicating with me, my mom, and our catering team. They are true professionals and they know what they are doing. We are enjoying reliving each special moment through our thoughtful photographer, Eliza Bell Photography, whose work was amazing. Flowers by Larry made gorgeous flower arrangements, Snake Song shop added fabulous festive details, Gateaux created a gorgeous cake, and Drayton and the Dreamboats serenaded us. Budy Finch Catering made the best wedding food we've ever had!
Willow Falls was full of thoughtful details, like a fire pit with chairs where we had a fiddle jam the night before. Most of our wedding party stayed onsite with us, and we're so happy we were able to hang out and make memories at Willow Falls together. Thank you, Team Willow Falls, for hosting a magical wedding weekend that was truly spectacular.

Whimsical, Serene, Romantic. Willow Falls was the venue I didnt know I had been dreaming of. To be completely honest, we almost cancelled our tour because I liked another venue we had viewed. But then I stepped foot on this property and my husband and I were mesmerized. The grounds are filled with the beauty of flowers, greenery, and lush vegetation. The sound of the gentle waterfall and water wheel draw you in. There is so much to look at and we didn't know which way we wanted to go first! The two homes are spotless, bright, and inviting (also they smell INCREDIBLE). I couldn't believe that part of the package was getting to stay on the property for several days. We held our rehearsal dinner in the main house the night before the wedding. Its SO nice not to have to run around to different places! I was worried I wouldnt sleep the night before the wedding due to nervous excitement. I took a long soak in the deep tub, crawled into the giant cloud of a bed, listened to about 30 seconds of the water wheel outside and I was OUT! We had hair and makeup come to us at the venue. We sat in the kitchen and had plenty of lovely natural light. Did I mention how wonderful it was to have everything at the same place? It really helped with the stress of the day to not have to worry about driving. This venue doesnt need much of anything for decor- the warm string lighting, flowers, and stunning wooden deck give a romantic feel. We rented a tent from Pro Party Rentals and had our ceremony on the stone porch (40 people). The reception was set up on the deck. We were a little crowded under the tent with 40 people (our first dance was in between our two long farmhouse tables), but it gave for a really intimate atmosphere. There are endless spots for incredible photo ops. If you are a photo/video freak like me, I needed lots of spots that just screamed "take a photo here!". This place has it all. Want pictures on moss underneath twinkling lights? You got it. Fancy a good bridge shot? Theres TWO. Want more privacy taking your first photos as a couple? Head to the lover's trail (but bring good shoes because its a small incline!). After dancing away underneath the whimsical lights and kissing through our glowstick exit, we left the property for a bit and waited for everyone to leave, but then we got to COME back and spend TWO more glorious days here! Seriously, after all the hustle and bustle- nothing was more wonderful than having our first two nights as husband and wife doing everything and nothing at all at this property. We had it all to ourselves and it was BLISS. We were permitted late checkout and we stayed until the very. last. second. We cannot wait to come back for an anniversary trip (its also rented out as an Air Bnb!). Management was super responsive during our stay and had everything we could ever need onsite. Do yourself a favor and BOOK IT.

The property manager is so so lovely! She was a dream to work with and we hired her as our day of coordinator!
The photos are beautiful but it's even more amazing in person! All of our guests commented on how dreamy it was and our family who stayed with us enjoyed themselves so much that there was much talk of renting it for the holidays too!
It exceeded any expectation we had and our wedding was an absolute dream come true!

Please, get married here, go on a honeymoon, a romantic getaway!!! The venue is the most beautiful place I've ever been to. And the staff are so helpful and just great to work with. My husband and I got married here and it was the first and only venue we visited before we knew that we HAD to get married here. We look forward to spending future anniversaries here!!!

Willow Falls was the perfect wedding venue for our daughter and her fiancé! This property is beautiful. Set next to a bubbling creek and gentle waterfall, and surrounded by forest, Willow Falls has comfortable and graciously appointed rooms, well-maintained meandering paths, picture-pretty wooden bridges, and tiers of lush gardens and lovely patios. The entire venue was spotless, light & bright, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Most of the younger set stayed on-site, while others stayed at nearby bed-and-breakfast accommodations. A relaxed, informal BBQ around the firepit on Thursday evening started the festivities. Friday morning saw a bride’s breakfast in town, a pretty hike to 3 waterfalls, a rehearsal at Willow Falls, and a lovely dinner at a nearby inn. Willow Falls' excellent Day-Of Coordinator, Deidra Day Fink, worked hand-in-hand with the vendors to make Saturday absolutely perfect! (Wonderful vendors: Dinning Innovations, Professional Party Rentals, Carolyn Marie Photography, Flower Market, Pure Beauty, and 50 / Fifty Desserts.) There is ample space for hair & makeup the morning-of, and a good catering kitchen for the reception. Our photographer made great use of the stunning backdrops around the venue! The ceremony was on the lower patio, with our wonderful musicians, Greg and Katie Olivetas, playing from the gazebo. The reception was on a middle patio; we had a clear tent set up, but kept the sides open as the rain held off. Foliage, flowers, and candles graced the center of the Willow Falls tables beautifully. After dinner, dessert, and toasts, we returned to the lower patio for an evening full of dancing, love and laughter. We departed Willow Falls on Sunday-- reluctantly! Willow Falls exceeded our expectations. It is an absolutely lovely venue and we recommend it without hesitation.
