Nestled in the heart of downtown Asheville, The Venue offers custom wedding and elopement packages tailored to your unique love story. We proudly celebrate all love and warmly welcome LGBTQ+ couples, providing the perfect backdrop for your special day.
Our Spaces:
✨ The Market + Mezzanine
This stunning space features exposed beams, original brickwork, and an exquisite chandelier, paired with charming golden accents. Perfect for larger celebrations, it accommodates:
- 250 guests (reception style)
- Up to 350 guests (cocktail-style seating)
Fully accessible via a wheelchair lift.
🌆 The Second Level
Ideal for rehearsal dinners and intimate weddings, this space seats:
- 120 guests (reception style)
- Up to 175 guests (cocktail-style seating)
It boasts an open-air balcony with beautiful city views, and the same original brickwork and exposed beams found throughout The Venue.
Accessible via a stair chair lift.

Consistent, beautiful, and the best staff ever!
We absolutely LOVE working with The Venue staff. Not only is the location perfect with the ability to walk to absolutely everything FUN and interesting in Downtown Asheville, but it's also on a very peaceful street. The staff are super organized and extremely talented. They take your vision and make it a reality. We have had the pleasure of working countless weddings with their crew and the space makes everything look good, including us. It's a great place to party and we love that the owners are dedicated to contributing to their local community. They are simply good people and I believe that really matters when you choose who to do business with.

Best Wedding Ever
We had our wedding at The Venue on 9/23/23 and it was perfect! From the beginning everyone we worked with was professional, organized and helpful! They were able to answer all of our questions. The location is absolutely gorgeous and didn't require a lot of extra decor. The food was delicious and the drinks were exactly what we wanted.

So thankful we chose The Venue
Wow, I cannot say enough good things about The Venue. Deandra, Paige, and entire staff really made the entire experience so much easier than I was anticipating.
These were some of mine and my now husband’s favorite things about the venue:
-The food: This was on my husbands “ most important” list, and he has a pretty high standards since he was in the culinary industry himself. Months later, we still have guest talking to us about how delicious the food was!!
-The staff: As a self proclaimed perfectionist, I actually relaxed and enjoyed our wedding day. Everything executed perfectly by The Venue.
-The location: Seriously, this could not be more perfect. Right in the heart of downtown Asheville.
There are so many things we enjoyed about our wedding at The Venue. It would be hard to list in one review. We don’t currently live in Asheville (and didn’t at the time of our wedding) but still recommend The Venue all the time!!
So thankful we chose The Venue for our special day!

Awesome Reception Venue
The Venue was one of 4 locations we toured when considering options of where to have our wedding. Located in the center of downtown Asheville, it is conveniently located within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown. Being in a historic building, the owners and staff have kept the rustic appearance with exposed brick and high ceilings.
The staff at the Venue were extremely helpful during the planning phase, and very responsive, even when we had last minute changes during the week building up to the wedding. The Venue were very helpful in allowing us to reschedule due to the pandemic. We chose to use the Venue for our reception. At our arrival, the staff were attentive to all our needs. They brought us drinks and appetizers while we waited for our introductions, ensured our glasses were never empty, and made the entire reception seamless.
Having a resident chef, the Venue provided their own meal options, removing the need for a caterer. So many of our guests commented that the meal (Arctic Salmon) was one of the best they had ever had at a wedding. The Venue also allowed us to serve the meal “family style”, which made the reception even more welcoming. The staff of the Venue went above and beyond in providing us a magical evening for our wedding day. I’d recommend the Venue to anyone looking for a place to host their ceremony, reception, or both.

The Perfect Night!
Our wedding at The Venue was everything we dreamed it would be! The space is so unique and beautiful and was exactly what we wanted for our big day. I can't say enough good things about Paige and Nicole, they were absolutely amazing! We booked the Venue a significant period of time out from our date and there were some staff changes along the way, but Paige was our constant the whole time. She was so responsive, answered a million questions and went over all the details with me. Paige went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and the event was exactly what we wanted! Nicole with The Planning was assigned to us later in the process but once we got going with her she was on top of everything and I really enjoyed working together. She made sure all of the details of the day were right and double checked anything there might be a question about.
The event itself was perfect. We have had some many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was to how absolutely delicious all the food was (our guests are still talking about the food days later). We would definitely recommend The Venue and would love to have another event there in the future!

Stunning venue and location!
The Venue gave us a wedding that impressed all of our guests and that gave us a night that we have cherished every day since. Paige, in particular, was spectacular. She handled our long distance planning efficiently, patiently...all of the positive adverbs. When we encountered brief friction with the owner, Paige was calm and poised and friendly while bridging us back into our planning. The crew was perfect, our tables and setup were arranged and shifted without any hiccup. The chef provided us meals that every one of our guests complimented us about. Even though we were that same couple who didn't get to eat everything right away, we did get take-home dishes and they were still phenomenal. The Venue without decor at all would still be wedding-ready, and the cute location on the cobblestone street will give you easy amazing pictures.

Magical rehearsal made possible the best staff ever!
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Venue. I could go on about its stylish and fun atmosphere and great food, but what I think is so much more valuable to say is that the staff truly make this spot incredible. Deandra, Nicole (from The Planning), Marta, and the rest of their team are truly the best. They have a great sense of humor, which made the planning process fun and full of laughs. When my wife and I felt overwhelmed with the number of details, Deandra’s calming presence helped us feel at ease as she organized the night into manageable to-dos. The staff welcomed my wife bringing a bunch of her own DIY decorations; they were fully invested in helping us make our own vision come to life. We quickly realized that working with The Venue felt more like planning a spectacular night with hyper-competent friends than any kind of formal process. In writing this review, I really don’t feel like I can do justice to communicate how the unique contributions by the staff at The Venue helped create the best weekend of our lives in a way we would not have had if we had worked with anyone else. They are wonderful.

My best friend (who was also a client of mine) had her rehearsal dinner here. Everything was wonderful! Being her MOH and hair/makeup artist I needed to make sure everything went off without a hitch and it did. Everything was perfectly decorated and food was amazing. The staff was very helpful any time we needed anything. The location for this venue is perfect too! You will not be disappointed!
