Russell at William Schwartz is amazing. Five stars seriously does not do him and his staff justice. They are welcoming, kind, helpful, NEVER pushy, and really honest. My fiance and I went in one day just out of curiosity awhile back. He spent almost an hour with us explaining diamonds. At no point in that initial conversation did he push us to try on rings or push his products on us. It was so refreshing. I then looked him up on Yelp that evening. And given the reviews we decided to go back.

Ever since then we have worked closely with Russell. He actually cares about his customers and spent time getting to know us and what we wanted. Once we decided (after many many consultations) what we wanted, Russell made us a wax version of the ring we wanted. He told us how much it would cost and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was given that he was making the ring.

Today, we picked up the ring and it is beyond words. All the rings I tried on do not even compare. Russell's work is incredibly beautiful. It is so much better than my fiancé and I even pictured. I seriously can't stop staring at it. And THEN he told me that he had overestimated the cost and it was cheaper than what he had previously told us.

Just now he called just to "check in" and make sure I still loved the ring as much as I did in the store. He is amazing.

I would recommend Russell for EVERYTHING jewelry related. Great product, great customer service, and great prices. Thank you so much Russell. We couldn't be happier!
