L Priori was fantastic to work with when designing my fiancée's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. Sojeoung took the time to walk us through the various aspects of diamonds and showed us several sizes, colors, and settings so we could determine what worked best for us. I was then able to work with her to design a custom engagement ring that my fiancée loved. We had such a great experience we came back for our wedding bands and Sojeoung again walked us through all of the styles and options so we could find something we loved. L Priori is a fantastic jeweler to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for engagement or wedding rings.

Sojeoung was recommended to us by a friend when we decided to get engaged. We had met with a few other jewelers early in our search, but nothing felt "right." I think we can attribute this to the other jewelers trying to be very sale-pitchy and pressuring us into something we didn't want.
For starters, the office of Lauren Priori's Philadelphia Location is beautiful! It is located in a nice space off of Chestnut Street and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in! We were greeted with waters and coffee (which went perfectly with our earlier brunch mimosa), and Sojeoung took the time to listen before showing us a variety of settings and center stones to further narrow our ideas. She asked us questions about details of a look or feel and cost preferences so we were all on the same page. It was clear she wanted us to love our ring. She sourced a variety of the stones we were interested in and ultimately helped us decide upon OUR gem. We had never bought a piece of fine jewelry like this before or customized jewelry before, so we were complete newbies to the process. Sojeoung walked us through each step and was extremely responsive to all questions and ideas. Needless to say, we are going back soon for help with our wedding bands!

My fiancé Ethan and I redesigned an heirloom ring with the L. Priori team and we are delighted with their work. My mother had turned her grandmother's ring from the 1880s into a necklace. We were easily able to schedule an appointment with Jenna in the DC location to see if we could turn the necklace setting back into a ring. She talked us through the process and proposed options to us for a custom redesign, adding a band to the setting, or a new setting with the old stone. Once we decided to go with the custom redesign, Jenna rapidly worked with their team in Philly to send us an initial rendering. The team was flexible with various modifications we suggested, and shared updated renderings of the ring with each change. Overall, from the first appointment to receiving the ring, the process took about 3 months. We're delighted with the finished product and would recommend working with Jenna and the L. Priori team on an heirloom redesign.

I can’t rave enough about Hannah at L Priori. I LOVE my ring that my fiancé and I designed together, and kept it within our budget! She helped him make all of my engagement ring dreams come true and I can’t wait to go back to pick out our wedding bands!

Once engaged, I knew exactly where to go to start designing my wedding band! We worked with Hannah throughout the entire design process - she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient as she explained all the options. We went through a few design rounds to get the fit correct and and Hannah provided guidance at each round. The whole process was incredibly easy and the result was a exactly what I had hoped for! I'm so happy that they LP took the time to make sure the ring was made perfectly. 10/10 recommend.

Lauren and her team were the easiest and most professional team. They were easy to work with and never rushed us into any decisions. They truly made my vision for my engagement ring come to life - I had never seen exactly what I wanted in any pictures so Lauren mocked up a design in the office, while I was in the room with her. When I went back to look at bands, they offered amazing options and helped me narrow it down! I am thrilled to call Lauren for all of my jewelry needs and questions. My fiancée had a family diamond that she wanted to reset, and we loved the process of customizing her ring. Hannah had incredible attention to detail in her design, and she explained step-by-step how they would approach constructing the ring itself. She also guided us through the process of designing my band, taking us through a multitude of different unique customizations. We wanted rings that were simple with small bits of unique flair, and the designs Hannah came up with were absolutely perfect, as was the quality of the final products.
