Words cannot fully explain what a wonderful job William Paul Designs specifically Andrew did on the flowers and decor on our wedding day! They truly took my vision and executed it better than I could have imagined! My family and I are still talking about how breathing taking everything turned out. Do not hesitate to book this vendor!! Having them help style our wedding was one of the highlights of our day!

Not only did William Paul design create wonderful floral arrangements, my point person Heather was invaluable throughout the planning process. She helped me fine-tune my floral vision and other decor elements. I was able to do the vast majority of my rentals through this vendor which helped alleviate stress and streamline the process. I definitely recommend this florist.

William is the best!!! We originally planned to have our wedding last summer- due to COVID we have had to postpone 3 times and ended up changing venues as well. While some of our vendors made these changes super difficult, our experience here was caring and understanding. The flowers were even more than I'd ever imagined. William's creativity is unmatched. If they are available, look no further!

The flowers for my wedding done by William Paul Design were gorgeous! They listened to what we wanted and made beautiful arrangements. The flowers were easy to transport and all labeled for the wedding party. My bridal bouquet was fabulous and stunning.

We wanted natural, organic, and soft florals that would complement our venues. Peggy really listened and helped us craft a plan that achieved the vision and stayed within budget. The bouquets, arrangements, and details on the day of the wedding exceeded our expectations! She made everything flow so naturally, from the centerpieces down to the accent pieces of greenery that tied it all together. 10/10 for our one-on-one experience with Peggy.

When we initially booked with William Paul, we were assigned to Andrew, who drafted the initial proposal. When we started to get closer to the wedding date (maybe 1-2 months out), we reached out again to understand what the next steps were and update our proposal with guest count etc. We received no response for several weeks, even as we sent multiple follow-ups and requests for information. Eventually, we connected with Peggy as our new consultant about a week before our final payment was due. Peggy took care of us in the end, but I wish that the company had done a better job of sharing when our consultant had left and generally helping us understand what to expect from the later stages of the process.

If I could give this place 0 starts, I would. But, it is not an option. I ordered a $200+ floral arrangement from William Paul Floral Design in Austin. I ordered it in the morning for same-day delivery. I needed it for friends who were hosting a party for me the following day. I was staying with these friends for the weekend, so I was able to monitor the promised delivery. I received text updates that the flowers were in route. I tracked the delivery person, but he never got close to the house and at one point seemed to be stationary for quite some time. I thought that was odd. Then i got a notification that the flowers were delivered and a picture that was proof of delivery. The picture, which included a resident picking up the flowers from the stoop, was of a different house. We never received the flowers. The address was absolutely correct, yet our flowers were delivery to a different house. I texted the delivery number of the person who was supposed to be delivering according to the text notifcations, and someone responded and sent me a screenshot of his delivery list, and our address nor our order number was on the list. He said to reach out the florist the next day. I reached out the next day--Saturday--and they were supposed to be open. I probably called 15-20 times--no one answered. I kept getting a voicemail message that said to send a message on the website if I had an order issue. So, I send an email to the address on my order confirmation, as well as a submission form on the website. i didn't hear back from anyone until the next day, two days after my order, and they said they'd get a replacement arrangement out immediately. I told them I no longer needed the arrangement, as it was for an event that already happened, and so please cancel my order. They refused to cancel the order, citing a clear policy on their website of no refunds. But, as a customer, it seems like that policy should only apply if one actually receives the item that they paid for? I asked to speak to a manager, and the respondent continued to maintain that they would not refund. They were flippant and condescending in their reply. I never received a refund and I never received the flowers I ordered or a replacement order. Yet, they still charged my card $205. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my CC company and filing complaints with the BBB and the Texas AG's office. But, FYI! Be warned. This business is either a complete scam OR they don't care one bit about their business. Do NOT order from here. Plenty of other good options in Austin.
