Will DeSimone, Lou, and their team are so wonderful! My husband went to them to custom design my engagement ring and wedding band, with CAD renderings and all. It came out so beautiful! He also ordered his wedding band through them. They have been extremely flexible and responsive when needing to make appointments for service/cleanings. Making the trek into downtown Philly can be tricky at times, but it is worth it! The customer service is unparalleled and i would highly recommend them to future brides/grooms!

I got a custom made engagement ring that was guaranteed for life. I got to see a professional rendering before the ring was made to ensure that it was everything that I wanted.
