Hallie has been our planning representative and she meets us with just as much excitement about planning our wedding as we do. Every meeting has been joyful, informative, and creative, exactly how a dream wedding should be. 11/10 recommend!

My wedding at the Wildwood Inn was absolutely perfect. From the moment I saw the venue, I fell in love. Kaleigh was our planner, and she pulled everything off as smooth as butter! We had a completely stress-free day. Everything was gorgeous and went off without a hitch! I'm so grateful to Kaleigh and all the staff for making our night so magical.

My wife went and visited this location and absolutely fell in love with the venue. We didn't spend any money on flowers due to how incredibly verdant the venue was on its own. When we got ahold of the options for the contract we were really impressed by all that was included for the price. It made planning the rest of the wedding knowing we were covered.

We worked for months with our inhouse coordinator who made the whole process incredible. Kaleigh was our coordinator and she was amazing. She was having her own wedding on the same day as ours so she immediately understood the vision and what we wanted. We had four meetings over the process of a year and every time she helped us make decisions and made recommendations for different vendors that we might need.

The day of coordinator Susanna was also amazing. Given that Kaleigh was obviously unavailable Susanna stepped in and made the day of so easy. She was always available to us, helped us get through the nerves of making sure everything went well and shepherded us around during the evening while we were getting busy celebrating and drinking. She even saved us a few appetizers we weren't able to get since we were taking photos while they were being served.

Our DJ Jakobi nailed everything and matched the vibe perfectly. All the music during the ceremony was perfect. We had more of a kickback as opposed to dancing and he read the room perfectly. The music all night was excellent and I'm so happy we had him as our DJ.

The staff for the night were incredible as well. The bartenders were great, fast and made excellent drinks. The food was amazing, and the rest of the staff helping out in various ways were super helpful anytime we had a question. We had brought in our own decorations for the tables and they collected it all and put it on a cart for us to collect the next morning. It was so nice not to have to worry about getting ahold of all that the night of.

The next morning Zach, the steward overnight, continued the excellence we experienced at the Wildwood Inn. Part of the appeal of this venue was getting to have family and wedding party members stay overnight in the rooms and have a provided breakfast the next morning. When we woke up apparently there had been a mixup and there wasn't a cook onsite to make the breakfast, but I only found out about this hours after eating since Zach took it upon himself to cook the breakfast himself. He made a batch of coffee, helped us check out the next morning, and was super helpful when we collected all our decorations from the night before.

Overall I cannot recommend the Wildwood Inn enough. They made our dream a reality and we cannot thank them enough. Worth every penny and more.

When I was deciding where I wanted to throw my husband's 50th birthday party there was no other place but at Wildwood Inn. This venue holds a special place in my heart since we got married here and where we celebrated our first anniversary too. All I can say, is they did not disappoint. Kaleigh did a fantastic job working with me on all the details and was patient with me when I would constantly reach out asking questions and changing details that I wanted to have done. She was wonderful to work with and was a step ahead of me on event day. His party turned out perfect and all the guests had a great time. It was also easy and stress free having the availability to add on vendors that were just as wonderful to work with. Thank you Kaleigh and Walters for a memorable event.

Everything at Wildwood Inn was amazing. Everything ran perfect and we truly had the perfect day. I highly recommend it, especially if you want a cozy sleep over vibe for your wedding party afterwards. Kaleigh was awesome and I truly can't praise her or the venue enough!

We really do appreciate everything Kaleigh C. did for us! She made this process SOOOO much easier for us. She asked the number 1 thing we wanted for this wedding and we said “NO STRESS”. She seriously made that happen! I'm the planner of the family and I don't remember ever being able to just go to an event and enjoy it. I truly got to enjoy the best day of my life and I have Kaleigh to thank for that! If you’re looking for a venue to host a smaller wedding under 100 people, then this is the PERFECT venue for you! We even jumped into the pool at the end of our bubble exit! It was a magical night

Our wedding coordinator Kaleigh was amazing to work with! After our first meeting with her I was completely at ease. She explained exactly how the day would go. She was able to help me and my fiancé through all the different options. On the day of I had nothing to worry about, everything happened so fast and I was just enjoying celebrating with my family. I’m so thankful for the entire team checking in with me throughout the night to make sure I had everything I needed. Our wedding day was amazing and exactly how I wanted it.

Absolutely a dream venue. Kaleigh, Delaney, Drew and really the entire team at this venue should be studied for replication. Their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and just overall presentation was absolutely exceptional. My wedding was perfect. My prep for my wedding was perfect. I am now and forever will be so incredibly grateful I got to get married here.

Wildwood Inn is the most Beautiful venue to capture your dream day! The exterior was absolutely stunning as well as the vintage-styled interior.
