The Springs in Arlington, Dallas Fort Worth’s exclusive banquet and wedding facility and conference center, is located across from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Our venue can accommodate weddings/receptions, corporate and social events. Our facility is a stunning Chateau-style setting on 3- an acre estate with lavish landscaping and breathtaking design and sophistication.

The Villa has over 15,000 square feet between the two luxurious buildings as well as a spacious courtyard and garden. Both buildings are decorated in warm, neutral colors with crystal chandeliers, marble floors, romantic lighting, Italian tapestries, Greek columns, and recessed ceilings with etched gold trim. Each of the two buildings accommodates up to 300 guests making it the perfect location for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, or seminar.

This The Springs venue is located in Arlington, Texas, right in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex within one-mile walking distance from the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, as well as the Texas Rangers Stadium, Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor providing a convenient location for all of your guests.

Services Offered

When booking your wedding at The Springs in Arlington, you will be granted full access to the property for up to 15 hours if desired. Our venue’s staff will set up tables and chairs according to the floorplan submitted by the couple ahead of time. Then, they will take it back down at the end of the evening, allowing you to immerse yourself in the festivities, not worrying about any small detail.

Rental items such as chairs, tables, and furniture are also included in your rental price for further convenience. An on-site event attendant will also make sure that the bathroom will be stocked throughout the event and will assist you with any venue-related concerns, such as dimming the light, bumping the a/c up, etc. Finally, the venue team will provide you with a list of trusted vendors who have previously worked at the property. Outside vendors are also permitted should you require them.
