From the moment I saw Ali's design proposal, I fell in love. She is professional, detailed and spot on to everything!! While I had an idea of how things would look from the proposal, seeing it all come together in person was something special! I cried a little when she brought in my bouquet and bridesmaids arrangements. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! Words can not describe. She also nailed other details in the wedding - the backdrop for our ceremony, and greenery for our cocktail hour space. It was a greenery oasis! I couldn't stop staring at it, and continue to have dreams about it. Ali helped us bring so much beauty to the space! I would absolutely hire Ali again in a heartbeat!!

Ali and her team at Wild Pollen were incredible to work with from proposal to execution on our wedding day. Ali somehow understood my vision for our day, in spite of the fact that I could barely name one flower, and created breathtaking arrangements and bouquets that filled our industrial venue with greenery and pops of color. Her designs are a beautiful combination of undone, but polished. Ali was patient and calm with changes to our numbers and was flexible in helping us re-purpose our wedding arch for our sweetheart table to help cut costs. Wow I don't even know where to begin with Wild Pollen. Ali is truly a master of her craft. She has such vision and really puts her heart and soul into her work. I honestly knew nothing about flowers going into my wedding planning process and really needed someone to guide my vision and help me craft it. Ali did exactly that - she took a few pinterest photos, what I was able to articulate out loud, and turned my inarticulate dream into the most beautiful reality. The second you get one of her proposals you'll already see what I mean - the proposal itself is gorgeous. When I walked into my ballroom my mouth literally dropped upon seeing her work. It was more beautiful than what I could've ever imagined and she got my vision even more than I think I had. I had multiple bridesmaids grabbing for her business card literally during the wedding. Ali was also extremely communicative during the entire process, friendly, sweet, and seriously went above and beyond. She even did a walkthrough of the venue with me and met with my planner before the big day to make sure everything would be perfect. Did I mention that meeting with me in person and also going to my venue was a serious fricking drive for her?! She never acted like it was a big deal and was always happy to do it. I HIGHLY recommend booking her for your wedding if you want a modern, tasteful, unique, visionary twist on the "standard wedding floral arrangement". I would hire Ali again in a HEARTBEAT. To say that Wild Pollen Design is a great florist would be putting it lightly. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Ali execute our wedding florals early in June and we have not stopped hearing our guests rave about our flowers since then. Ali absolutely exceeded every single hope and dream that we could have had for our wedding and absolutely turned it into the most beautiful display of flower artistry and design we have every seen. My experience working with Ali for our October wedding was amazing. Ali is incredibly talented--she puts together bouquets and arrangements that look natural but refined, and her price point is super reasonable for the DC area.

I didn't have a firm idea of what I wanted in terms of florals--I knew I wanted them to fit a particular color scheme, to compliment our venue, and not to feel too polished, but that was about it. Ali took the minimal direction I provided and created the most beautiful arrangements, incorporating intense colors, textures, and greenery. My guests are still raving about how gorgeous our flowers were!

Ali was super flexible and worked with me to determine the right number, size, and style of the arrangements. She came to the walk through at my venue so she could see the space for herself, and we made some last minute additions to our proposal. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our day just that much more beautiful!

My mother in law hired Ali to do the floral design for our rehearsal dinner and she was absolutely extraordinary!! My in laws live in Birmingham and despite the distance, Ali worked closely with my mother in law to create the perfect design and palette.

At first, my MIL wanted to do similar colors to what I was going to have on my wedding day but because Ali knew my color palette, she steered clear and created the most beautiful arrangements that still gave off an organic garden style feel and took creativity to another level incorporating unique ingredients such as pomegranates and hops! Let's just say she exceeded every expectation!! I really wish I had better photos to provide but my MIL hired a family member to take photos and she failed to take any of the event design and arrangements themselves. I'm a lover of detail so I was very sad about this. However, my wedding planner (knowing me so well) took some photos herself and sent them to me!

Ali was awesome to work with! From our first meeting, I knew I was making the right choice. She is extremely creative and everything on our wedding day turned out better and more beautiful than I could ever imagine. She was extremely professional and really made me feel comfortable with our design choices. Leading up to the wedding day, she was very responsive as I would email her with questions here and there and was flexible if I needed to make changes to our original plan.
