As a 55 year-old mother of the bride I was more than thrilled with the work Marilyn achieved with the make-up for my daughter's wedding. She listened to what I wanted in the transformation and I was more than delighted with her artistry. Marilyn did an amazing job with our make up for my wedding day. She was willing to do whatever style people were comfortable with and in a timely manner. I never felt rushed and neither did my bridesmaids or my mom. Marilyn did a wonderful job and the pictures from the wedding show it. I'm a crier and she managed to put on enough to hold me through my ceremony & used waterproof mascara to keep it together through the tears. Marilyn just recently did my makeup for an outside wedding. I was concerned with my ultra sensitive skin and being outside sweating with makeup on worried me. I could not be happier with the wedding day makeup Marilyn did for me and my bridesmaids. I for once felt like myself but a more beautiful version. I am always unhappy when I have my makeup done but on this most important day I didn't feel like my makeup was caked on I felt fresh and great. I did a makeup trial a few weeks before where we worked on trying the look I was going for. Marilyn was so patient with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. The day of my wedding she arrived promptly and with a great attitude. She got everyone's makeup done on time which was hard for my early noon wedding. All of the girls were also happy with their looks and I was also happy with how they looked. I would not hesitate calling her to do my makeup again for special events down the road. Her prices are also very reasonable, and that was important to me as well since weddings can get costly very quickly.
