Jackie made our intimate, outdoor wedding extra memorable. She not only has a talent for finding the most beautiful shot, but also a kind, easygoing personality that made both the "adventure" and wedding photography session absolutely stress-free and fun. She had us cracking up and reminiscing about great times. Because we got married in New York and Jackie had to travel, we paid more than we would've for a local photographer, but Jackie was worth every penny. I can't recommend her enough!

I am so extremely pleased with my choice to book Jackie for my photographs. From the very first email I could feel her warmth, professionalism and genuine love for what she does. Communication through email was quick, attentive and personable. Prior to our engagement shoot she really tried to learn as much as she could about us as a couple, how we met, our likes/dislikes to the point where we met in person I felt like I already knew her. It made our engagement shoot so much more comfortable than I ever thought it would be. She recommended a wonderful spot filled with beautiful greenery, flowers and landscapes which made for fantastic engagement pictures. Jackie ended up moving out of the area after I booked her - but she held her commitment and flew in for our wedding. The day of she showed up early, was very comfortable and personable with our guests and really captured beautiful, personal and intimate moments during the day not only with my husband and I but with our guests too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Once we got our pictures back Jackie was great about pulling out a few others we were hoping for. We have so many good pictures I haven't even been able to decide which I want printed! They look like we are in Narnia or on the pages of a curated magazine. The gallery she creates is easy to access and use. If you are looking for someone who will capture those special little moments that are few and fleeting - Jackie should be your top choice.

Jackleen was highly professional and lovely to work with. After coming to IslandWood to scout some photo locations the day before, she knew exactly which ones to prioritize on the wedding day.
