We used Wild About You for our wedding a few weeks ago, and we are SO happy we did. First off, they were amazing to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a long, complicated day planned, and they rolled with it. Since they hadn’t been before, Lily came with us to do a site visit to our two venues. We had lots of discussions with her on what we were looking to capture, and she gave amazing recommendations on making our tight timeline work. They were awesome to go around with on the wedding day. On top of their creative vision, they removed stress and we had lots of laughs with them.

Within days, they gave us the first set of shots. We were absolutely blown away. It was everything we hoped for and more. We cannot wait to see the full set!

Wild About You Photography was our first vendor we booked for our October wedding. Lily and Chris are true professionals and have the most magnificent artistic eye. They capture your memories and you will cry when reliving them through their beautiful work. Not only are their pictures incredible, but they are truly super and fun human beings to be with. They have a lot of experience and they know what works!

Lily was communicative from the beginning and even went on an early location scout with us to check out a spot where we wanted pre-wedding photos. We also did engagement photos with them and it was so much fun! They had so many fun ideas. Lily was integral in the overall scheduling of the day also.

On the day of, Lily and Chris showed up on time and thoroughly impressed us throughout the rest of the day. Pre-wedding portrait session was fun and magical and family portraits were done in record time. Lily learned everyone's names for family portraits (which was impressive) and was assertive when others tried to creep in for more photos (since we were on a schedule). She also had great methods to get us all to smile! Chris got the most beautiful first dance shot! We’re so in love. We did table to table photos and it was so much fun! They will tell you what to do and how to stand (and in the nicest way) so you look your best. We got a lot of great feedback from our guests about how impressive they were and how they made them feel relaxed during photos. At the end of the night, they found a lovely spot and used lighting magic to take dramatic and stunning evening portraits. Thank you, Lily and Chris! We’re so happy we you in our lives!

Lily & Chris did both our engagement shoot and our wedding. They were INCREDIBLE! I cannot possibly rate them high enough!

My husband and I are pretty awkward, introvert nerds. We rarely take photos and when we do, trust me, we feel weird doing it. As a result, I wasn't expecting much from our engagement shoot, but we both ended up looking so cute and candid in them! It really captured the spirit of us when we can just be comfortable around each other, and that's huge. :) We used them for our Save the Dates and got lots of compliments!

For the wedding itself, they also took extra care to make sure we got all the various shots we wanted and went the extra mile to make our family feel included and happy, even the younger children. It made taking photos really fun!

And best of all-- they humored some of our nerdier requests, like wanting to take a photo with the dragon statue at the venue. :P That honestly sums up my favorite part of working with them: they're so sweet and will make you laugh and feel comfortable in just being yourself. And that makes for some pretty great photos!

There is not enough good words in the world for Lily and Chris. Working with them, start to finish, was a dream. I knew the second I saw their photography that I had to have them shoot my wedding and STILL I was in so much awe over the final results. Lily makes posing and smiling for so long fun somehow, and Chris is extremely talented at spotting the in-the-moment shots. They truly are artists and, if you want your wedding photos to be art, hire them! Thank you so much for making our perfect day last forever!

Wild About You Photography far exceeded our expectations for both our engagement photo session and our wedding day. The photographers work wonderfully as a pair, and together share an artistic eye for unique and inventive shots. You’re getting more than just wedding photographers with Wild About You, Chris and Lily have a gift and are able to capture truly beautiful moments through their understanding of light. In both instances, they also extended our sessions beyond the quoted time at no additional cost. Both photographers were great at directing our larger photo sessions after the ceremony, but were equally good at blending into the background during our reception (while still covering the entire event). They also had no issues moving to multiple locations during each session. After combing through multiple wedding photography options, we couldn’t be happier that we went with a pair of artists that captured our day in such a unique way. We highly recommend them for your special day!

Lily and Chris were absolutely phenomenal for our weekend wedding at a campground in the Poconos. They have something of a flair that sets them apart from standard “romantic” shots and it’s a unique style which I LOVE!

During wedding planning, communication with them was fast and easy. They were even thoughtful enough to send us a card on Valentine’s day!

At the wedding, Lily and Chris were timely, detail-oriented, friendly to our guests and also a breeze to work with. They set up creative group shots, dramatic & romantic couples shots, plus they even pulled us away near the end of the night to take an awesome romantic teepee silhouette photo that they discovered at the venue! They completely went above and beyond my expectations with the time and creativity they put into their photography!

Also side note: I was impressed by how they captured the action on the dance floor while expertly dodging our less steady guests!

In summary, most wedding photographers can capture the emotion and ceremony that you get with a wedding. But if you’re the kind of gal (or guy) who knows you want photos to highlight the sheer fun, genuine emotion, and unique character of your wedding, get Lily & Chris!

I stumbled upon Wild About You while researching San Francisco-based wedding photographers and fell in love with their style and vision. When my husband and I decided to elope from NYC to San Francisco’s Japanese Tea Garden, we didn’t realize how stressful it would be to plan our big day from 3,000 miles away. Since it was just going to be the two of us flying out to California, quality pictures were extremely important to us and was our top priority. I communicated back and forth with Lily via e-mail before meeting, and every exchange was upbeat and informative. After I explained our unique situation, she came up with a reasonably-priced package that catered to our needs. She offered advice on locations to shoot and even came up with a timed schedule for the day, which put my frazzled mind at ease.

As soon as we met, we all embraced each other like old friends. Lily knew beforehand that I had social anxiety and she calmed me down from the get-go, offering direction for the shots and making us laugh the day away. Although we were surrounded by a huge crowd, it somehow felt like we were the only ones in the garden. Chris was a true champ; he threw himself into bushes, was lying on the ground, and inevitably wound up with twigs all over his clothes to take some of the most amazing photos I've ever seen. The two of them are an amazing team — they went above and beyond to capture the perfect shot.

My husband and I reflected on our day over a candle-lit dinner at Cliff House, and we both agreed that hiring them was the best decision we made regarding our elopement. Chris and Lily are extremely talented professionals; their attention to detail made our wedding day unforgettable. Wild About You is the way to go for all of your photography needs!

Chris and Lily are AMAZING photographers. Our wedding pictures are the most magical pictures I've ever seen. They also did our engagement photos which were equally as magical. Lily and Chris did a great job covering our wedding. We love all the shots, and they really captured all aspects of our Indian-Greek wedding. They worked with us to create a custom package that made sense for our events and needs - from the engagement shoot through to the reception. I could write such a long essay about Chris and Lily's work (Wild About You Photography) but will just say they are the best. They are well-versed in all areas of professional photography including weddings, and their visual work is spectacular.
