I, personally, had a really great experience with White Tie. Their responsiveness was top-notch; I was able to get them fully booked with a quick phone call and check it off my list. I had a relatively complicated schedule for them: pick up guests from 3 locations each (two shuttles), bring them to the church - bring them from the church to the reception - bring them back to their respective pick ups. I never remember having to do anything; it all just worked. They made sure that everyone got home okay and it was something that I never had to worry about - and the shuttles were nice and new and looked very comfortable for my guests!

We hired White Tie as our shuttle from the hotel to the venue. This was conitinuous transportation for the entire night. Our driver was great! He took excellent care of me getting on and off the shuttle with my dress. The staff in the office were helpful with recommending which shuttle to use for the amount of people and what I was looking for. Prices were very reasonable. Everyone had a great time knowing they would be getting back to the hotel safe.

White tie was great to work with -- they were prompt and friendly to our guests! I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation on the cape!

We used White Tie for the bridesmaids and bride limo to the ceremony and for the groomsmen and groom party bus to ceremony. Both drivers were prompt and super nice. The limo driver we had was so nice, she offered to help carry things to the car, etc. They had champagne for us. I have heard horror stories about wedding day transportation but White Tie was great and I would highly recommend them!

We used white tie for our limo on our wedding day. The driver was great. He got us to the church on time using a different route because Route 28 was backed up. He took great care to keep my wedding gown clear of the wheel well, etc. the limo was stocked with champagne which we enjoyed after the ceremony. They were also very responsive to emails leading up o the wedding. Thanks White Tie!

We loved white tie limo! Our driver, Chris, was very helpful and flexible in getting us to all of our picture locations before the reception. Ice cold champagne was chilling when we got into the car with our wedding party! White Tie limo really made our day stress free and fun!

The chauffeur even held my veil and flowers for me when we didn't need them in our photos! He was very sweet.

White Tie is in town and we used them because of that and the fact they know the area and they were decently priced. Our wedding was in town so we were pretty sure we were going to use them. I dont have anything negative to say besides that they tried charging our Groomsmen extra hour or hour and half because someone wrote the wrong time. We did go over the 3 hours but only by 30 mins. Apparently there was a mix up in the person's handwriting and the number looked like another. It was worked out though.

Everything was fine in the run-up to the event. But on the day of our wedding, I can only say that the service was average. We had arranged that a shuttle would be running constantly between our house and town, so that our guests would always be able to come and go as they please. But even though we didn't have that many guests, the drivers would insist on waiting until there were lots of people on the bus. It was not what we had agreed upon. And then one of the drivers marched into our house at midnight, announced that they were done for the night, and forcing us to end our festivities so that people wouldn't be stranded. That's not good service.

White Tie had the best pricing I found, both for the limo to the ceremony and reception, and the hotel shuttle. However, I was rather unimpressed with the drivers. Our limo driver was very nice and helpful with getting into the limo, helping me into the church, etc. However, he started taking us to the wrong church! My dad and I had to stop him and direct him to the right one, even though we had provided all the addresses. He did the same thing with my husband and me going to the reception, which was sort of unacceptable. The hotel shuttle missed the first hotel on the list, leading to people having to drive themselves to the wedding, which defeated the whole purpose. As it turns out, he went out of order for the hotel pickups, so he was too early for some and didn’t pick up others. At the end he was great, even delivering our friends to their rental house for the after-party, but I gave them a schedule the week before for pick ups and he should have followed it.
