Exceptional attention to detail

Paul is extremely professional, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and devoted to customer service. Often when I called (and I called often!), he answered the phone himself. We had a complicated wedding day with two large buses, a shuttle van, and a limo for our guests, wedding party, and couple going to and from four locations including a church in a historic district with narrow, winding streets. The four drivers were flawlessly punctual, professional, and attentive. I could not have asked for better service! Transportation was my biggest concern and Paul was consistently reassuring as we made our plans, and followed through by providing every detail as planned. I am happy to unequivocally recommend Michael's Limousine.

Great company to work with!

I was part of a wedding party this year and was in charge of planning the transportortation for the group. Michael's was so great to work with I would highly recommend. I dealt directly with Paul, who was responsive, professional, and made sure our day of transportation was set and ready to go.

Great value, professional staff, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Paul!

The perfect limo experience

We had such an amazing time at my friends wedding in Boston. Michaels limo drivers were the best and made the day fun and helped us all in and got the right music super speedy. High high recommend!

The Best Decision We Made for Wedding Day Transport

I was the maid of honor at a wedding this summer and we used this limo company, and the experience was truly amazing. Our driver arrived early, helped keep everyone on schedule, and was so calm and professional even with a very excited (and hectic) bridal party. The vehicle was spotless and beautiful, and the booking process beforehand was smooth and stress-free. It made such a difference on a big day, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. 10/10.

Exceptional Wedding Transportation for Our Grandparents

We used Michael’s to transport our elderly grandparents to and from our wedding, and they were wonderful. The driver arrived early, was patient and attentive, and made sure our grandparents were comfortable and well cared for. The limo was clean, spacious, and smooth, which gave us peace of mind on such an important day. Highly recommend Michael’s for weddings, especially when transporting elderly family members.

Great service!

Michaels Limo Review

I had an excellent experience with Michaels Limousine in Peabody, MA, for my wedding in October, 2025, at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield. Our driver, Abdul , was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made two trips to the venue, showing great flexibility and dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly. Abdul’s warm personality and professionalism instantly put us at ease on our busy wedding day.

The Mercedes Sprinter Van limo was quite impressive. It was luxurious, clean, and spacious. The onboard sound system and lighting created a fun atmosphere. The champagne and service added a special touch of glamour, making our experience feel truly VIP.

I highly recommend Michaels Limousine for anyone needing reliable, high-quality service in the area. Their professionalism and dedication helped make our wedding day unforgettable. A big thank you to Abdul and everyone at Michaels for making our day perfect!

A Great Transportation Company

Our wedding was in the heart of Boston, so we went into the process with a lot of fear when booking a transportation company to bring guests and the bridal party to the church on time. Michael’s made that fear unnecessary as Renee ensured us from day one that all rentals would go smoothly. Each of our drivers (Gary, Andrew, and Wally) were incredibly professional and kind and knew the routes to take based on the provided itinerary. We were reassured by one driver to get all of the pictures we wanted without rushing, which was so nice to hear as we neared the end of our rental duration. On top of the excellent employees, the buses themselves were also fantastic. We rented 2 large buses and a small bridal shuttle. The seats were comfortable and clean, and most importantly for our summer wedding, the A/C functioned so well that we even got to ask them to turn it down! We would highly recommend Michael’s Limousine for all of your transportation needs.

Excellent Service

We had an excellent experience with Michaels Limousine service. The whole process of arranging for all the transportation we needed for the two wedding ceremonies and the reception for our daughter’s was made seamless by Paul. He was excellent working with us on the multiple schedules. The drivers were professional, ensuring timely pickups and drop offs. The vehicles were in excellent condition. We requested for multiple vehicles due to the large group that had to be transported. They coordinated all vehicles, without any issues. I would highly recommended Michaels Limousine service.
