We just had our wedding here at their banquet hall and it could not have been a better experience! From Cindy answering all of my questions and making sure my vision came true, to Michelle, the staff, and her husband ensuring everything went amazing the whole day, to the delicious food from PJs Catering and the incredible drinks from the bar (thank you again to Michelle's husband), we could not be more grateful to your venue and staff. Their flexibility and affordability is hard to beat! All of my guests and my now husband had an amazing time!!

Cindy was so helpful throughout the whole booking and planning process. Very flexible and responsive. The caterer was amazing...best wedding food! And at a very reasonable price for auch good quality. We highly recommend the roast beef. The hall is just beautiful too. Our guests loved the access to all rooms and especially the balcony. All in all we couldn't be more happy with the service on our big day.

They were as helpful as they possibly could be during all of the changed for COVID. I worked with John during my wedding. He was incredibly easy to work with, and took a lot of stress away during the whole weekend. I got SO many compliments on our wedding. Plus the food is amazing. Guests loved the venue! I had my ceremony and reception there.

Not only was this venue beautiful, but Courtney single handedly made my whole experience ten times better. She’s personable, responsive, and professional. She was on top of everything and even helped me out with other parts of my wedding planning. 10/10 would get married there again!

Courtney was awesome. She answered my many questions wth quick responses. She was extremely helpful before, during and after the ceremony and reception. The food was fantasic and the building was very clean. I would highly recommend Whispering Pines. My quests raved about the venue.

We could not have been happier choosing Whispering Pines as our wedding and reception venue. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have imagined the day going smoother than it did! Courtney (the wedding/event coordinator) was the most amazing support throughout the process of planning to implementation. She went above and beyond with everything and was there to support us every minute we were at the venue. The venue is beautiful, the food was splendid, and the staff was accommodating and helpful at all times. Whispering Pines was the perfect venue and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Whispering Pines was my dream location, and it turned out to hold my dream wedding! I could not imagine it going any better. Rachel was beyond perfect, for the past two years she has dealt with my changes and demands, and she took it and made it better than EVER! My guests have yet to stop telling us how beautiful the location was and how amazing the food and staff were throughout the evening. They were all very attentive, and Rachel continued to check in with me throughout the night to make sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this location to EVERYONE!!!!

Whispering Pines did an absolutely incredible job for my wedding. Emily and Rachel did everything possible to make my Reception perfect. They had a storehouse of decor items that we were able to borrow, and this was super helpful. They did everything they could to make our reception as cost friendly as possible. They went above and beyond in every way! Also, the venue was perfect. It provided for a rustic and elegant feel and the guests were very comfortable. The food was outstanding and of great value compared to other area venues, especially in Ann Arbor. We had about 175 guests and it was a perfect amount for having round tables in the Banquet room, with cocktails and then dancing in the sunset room. Overall, we could not be more happy with our decision to have our reception at Whispering Pines!! I highly recommend it.

We did not end up choosing Whispering Pines for our venue, but the ONLY reason was because of the location. It was unfortunately inconvenient for our guests to get to Pinckney on our wedding date, so we had to pick a more convenient location. This venue is GORGEOUS and Rachel was so nice and easy to work with! I hope we will eventually get to host or attend an event at Whispering Pines.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. From the very first meeting with Rachel I knew this was it.. this was where we were going to get married. The entrance way is beautiful with the huge fireplace and the balcony overhead and the large windows in the room with the large balcony outside, it’s perfect. I emailed Rachel with a lot of questions, we also had multiple in person meetings just to calm my nerves. Each time we met or spoke she always had an answer and always reassured me that everything would be beautiful and WOW it sure was.

We held our rehearsal in the room as well and it was so nice to see things starting to come together since we were allowed to set-up the day before due to our wedding being on a Friday. The day was gorgeous and there were no issues, I have heard wonderful things from our friends and family that the entire staff was so helpful, professional and willing to lend a hand with anything! I had originally had a day of coordinator that fell through but in the end I really didn’t need one because Rachel and her assistant made sure that everything was according to plan. We also had the bridal suite the morning of for breakfast and hair/ make-up and this is where I tell you that the food… ALL of the food, from the rehearsal dinner, the breakfast to the wedding dinner is some of the best food I don’t think you would even have at a 5-star restaurant. Our friends and family keep saying we should get married again so they can get dinner at our venue again!! We had the Perfectly Plated package with a couple upgrades and as we were walking table to table every person told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had.

I’m sure I’m missing some details of things I wanted to gush about but honestly if you’ve gotten this far, call Rachel, email her, meet her and go see it for yourself. I am fully convinced that our wedding day would not have gone so smooth and been so perfect if we had gone anywhere else.
