We used them for our wedding transportation. The drivers were on time (actually early) and even helped us load the limo after the reception with all of our gifts, and also helped us put everything in our garage when we got home.

We have been using West Sub Limo for a while for trips to and from the airport and we used them for our wedding. The limo showed up on time and the was very clean.

The only thing that happened was the driver did not have the itinerary and was waiting in the parking lot instead of going to pick up the guys, so we were delayed for our pictures for about 30-45 minutes. When my dad called to see why the limo hadn't gone to pick up the guys, the switch board had the information about dropping off the girls and picking up the guys, but some how that information did not get to the driver.

Great service though and we will still use West Sub Limo in the future!

Please do not use west suburban ever again if you care for your safety . Most of the cars at West Suburban are owned by the drivers that have been for a few years these guys are very nasty and cheap and they don't like to spend money on fixing their cars the way they need and mostly will take short cuts which means putting the life of the driver who is driving it and the passengers in danger . I was one of those drivers when I started driving one of these cars I noticed a problems with the car and right away brought it to the attention of the car owner and also the manager Scott Simkus . The issues in the car were the tires that were completely bald, the brakes were not working, one of the passenger front window did not go down, the horn stopped working, the windshield got cracked
The owner of the car brought the car back and told me the car was all fixed I knew he was lying . When I started driving the car the brakes were still bad and nothing was done to them . And as I suspected after a few the brakes failed luckily I was in the car by myself and there was no passenger .
I reported that to the manager and the car owner . The manager called me back and said can you please drive that same car for a few more hours as we are busy I said are you crazy the car is not driveable . Now this happened on the 8th of May and I am out of work and the owner did not pay for my last week and wanted me to pay for the repairs even though the car maintenance was his responsibility and he was taking weekly lease payments from me . I asked the manager to get me my money he is not even responding
