Fusion Trolley Was Gorgeous!

We booked the Fusion trolley for our wedding, and we could not be happier we did. The trolley was absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. The interior was elegant and comfortable and far superior to any of the other trolleys we looked at online. They were extremely accommodating throughout the entire booking process. In addition, our photographers told us that our driver - Nicholas Sawyer - was the best trolley driver they’ve had. He knew the best routes to take, knew exactly where we were wanting get to, and even personally helped the bride and guests up and down the stairs. Highly recommend!

Our driver Andrew arrived early, made sure the temperature was comfortable inside, and provided great service! We had an SUV Limousine to hold our 16 person bridal party for our wedding. We fit comfortably along with flowers and props from the wedding. The vehicle came with water bottles and champagne with glasses as advertised. No compliants here!

We used the trolley for our wedding and it was an awesome twist on the traditional party bus. We had a positive experience and the staff/drivers were patient and awesome to work with!!

We got married this past november and they were on time and delivered what we wanted. There were a few changes leading up to the big day and they made all the right accommodations. Excellent company to go with.

Fazh was the best! He helped me with my requests and booking was as easy as 123, literally. There was zero hassle and confusion. Everything went as smoothly as expected. The only problem was the driver mistakenly said we only had the bus for 4 hours, but the 5th hour was free. Everything was all sorted out by the time I spoke with him, I don’t know how or when that was sorted out, but I’m glad it worked out in the end. Other than that, no complaints, I would recommend booking them.

We definitely recommend Way To Go Limo. They were so helpful, nice, professional, and the limo was SO clean. Todd, our driver, was so nice and a lot of fun. Fej, the owner, was also great. He met us where they keep the fleet so we could see inside the vehicles and decide which one we wanted.

Amazing transportation company. The party bus was clean and very well maintained. The driver was super courteous, on time, even a few minutes early, and an excellent driver. Reservations representatives were courteous and very professional. I would recommend Way to Go Limousine to everyone.

Way To Go did an OUTSTANDING job on our September wedding. We were looking for a large, white party bus to fit our very large wedding party. Their bus was top of the line; clean look, smooth ride, quiet, and had all the bells and whistles. We also needed a second SUV limo to transport family members, and W2G upgraded us for free.

We researched SEVERAL party bus/limo vendors and all seemed to have a high number of negative reviews. W2G had virtually zero, and after hiring them, its obvious why. After exchanging emails, which were responded to almost immediately, we visited W2G's Palatine office. We took a look at the vehicles and discussed pricing. Based on that positive experience, we hired W2G that same day.

W2G provided first class service. I would and do recommend them to friends looking for a limo vendor. And one example of how W2G goes above and beyond, my grandmother realized she left her purse in the limo about an hour after the service ended. The driver drove all the way back to our venue to return the purse. Thank you, W2G.

They have really added a value to our Wedding. Great Job Guys.
Things I've really liked about Way To Go was they are very easy to work with. I didn't feel pressurized at any point from beginning to the end and I think it was the best party bus rental I have ever had in a long time. I came across this company while driving down on Dundee Road in Palatine. Amazing fleet. They also have a real nice Pink Hummer. I think I am going to do the Pink Hummer rental for my daughter. She will be real amazed.
Great customer service people. The driver Todd showed up about 20 minutes before the pick up time he kept himself real professional and relaxed. Driving skills were excellent. We rented 40 passengers party bus or what they call it a limo bus, it was just amazing.
