Working with Kasey as my coordinator, was one of the best decisions I made when I started the wedding planning process. She made everything so easy, from start to finish. Kasey was extremely attentive, professional and was available for regular check ins and answered any questions that came up along the way. She also managed and oversaw timelines, details & contracts with our other vendors which made life so much easier for me! She and her assistant ensured that our wedding day was easy and seamless! She has a wealth of knowledge about the industry and has incredible contacts and vendors that are fantastic. When my florist canceled last minute, Kasey was ready with 5 other vendor options and helped me secure my dream florist the month before my wedding! Highly recommend hiring Kasey - she's the best!

Kasey and Shaliley were incredible. They made our day for the most part worry free and even when weather got in the way they worked around it to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. They were both so sweet and an absolute joy to work with.

Kasey was a tremendous help with the gathering of information, insurance and communication among vendors. She also replied promptly to all questions that my husband and I had via email and text regardless of time of day! She and her assistant did a a fairly good job the day of. I did make ALL my own décor and set up may have been a bit much the day of. I did find some unopened décor in the butlers pantry the next morning that were never put out. I did have a large wedding at the Howey Mansion and no-one but me knew the all the décor was not placed so it didn't change the day by no means! Not one thing went wrong as far as it pertains to Kasey and the services she provided.

Kasey was so nice and so helpful during the planning process! She was our day of coordinator but was always just a text/ phone call/ email away when we had any questions or concerns! We loved having her to help us the day of the wedding and we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much Kasey for everything you did for us on our big day!

Weddings By Kasey was such a huge help when planning for our big day. From the moment we reached out to her for assistance she made everything so much easier. She was able to give so many recommendations after feeling like we'd never find the venue or vendors that felt like the right picks. She has such a great working relationship with so many of the local vendors and it truly shows in the execution of each event. Our wedding day was pure bliss and because of Kasey and her hard working team we didn’t have anything to worry about and everything went so smooth! Kasey is seriously the best! She was available anytime I needed her. And the day of I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, she took care of everything and made sure our day was absolutely perfect and stress free.

Even when it stormed out and only stopped 30 minutes before our wedding she somehow magically made everything perfect in time for our ceremony outdoors.

Kasey is absolutely amazing!!! She was always there to help and lend a hand when needed not just on the wedding day but months before. On the day, she took care of every little detail, set everything up, and made sure I was not stressed and having a great time (which I did)!!!! 10/10 would recommend Kasey a million times!!!

Kasey and her assistant, Karen were amazing to work with. I am one of the few lucky brides who can say that not a thing went wrong and that is all because of Kasey and Karen. The whole day went flawlessly and Kasey did a wonderful job instructing people where they needed to be and when. My biggest fear was the centerpieces and decor I had made would not get set correctly since I could not be there to oversee everything. When I went into the room, I was blown away with how she and Karen set up everything with the hotel staff. It was just how I envisioned it and more. I highly recommend you choose Weddings by Kasey as your wedding planner. It is reasonably priced and she does an incredible job. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased.

I hired Kasey a few months before my wedding. A friend of mine advised she was working with Kasey for her upcoming wedding and suggested I give her a try. I had already taken care of the planning and accommodations, but a “day of coordinator” was required by my venue.
I met with Kasey once before going to the venue and we went over the vision I had for my wedding. She assured me that she and her assistant would be able to take care of setting everything up and I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. We had two walk-throughs of the venue. Both times I went over my concerns and she assured me she’d take care of it.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Starting with the rehearsal at the venue the night before my wedding, through the entire wedding day, none of the assurance Kasey promised had been delivered. It was becoming clear at that point that she was in over her head with a wedding and venue of this magnitude.

Her attitude and demeanor at my rehearsal was very passive and condescending whenever a suggestion was given or questions were asked. Our pastor had to step in and coordinate the details for the ceremony which should have been done by Kasey.
Being attentive to my needs and the guest’s needs, communicating clearly with me and the venue employees, and making the requests of the paying bride and groom a top priority were not Kasey’s strong points.

On the day of the wedding, Kasey and her assistant didn’t fully complete the décor set up for the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. Myself, my mother and 4 relatives who were supposed to just be guests at the wedding, had to step in and help set up to finish everything on time.
Doors to the reception area were unlocked, allowing guests to see me before the ceremony and ruin a special “first look” moment between my father and I. It was discussed with Kasey that she would keep these doors locked, as well as the reception area doors & cake area, which were also unlocked and allowed guests in prematurely and made the day very hard to keep on schedule.

We received and additional bill for $550, three days after the wedding due to Kasey’s lack of willingness and communication. When the venue employee advised her that the confetti we used in place of rose petals during the ceremony needed to be cleaned up, she told the venue coordinator “it was too much for her to pick up”, and therefore it didn’t get done. Rather than advising me so that we could make accommodations to have it cleaned, I’m now left with a bill.

The worst part out of all of this is that after writing her a respectful email explaining how the day went and how I don’t believe she fulfilled her description as my coordinator her response was very passive and unapologetic writing: “I am so sorry you feel this way about working together. I wish you all the best!” As if everything that happened was just my opinion rather than factual. I can’t speak for how she is as a coordinator for a smaller venue or “styled shoot” as displayed on her business page but I know for a fact that Howey Mansion and any other weddings on a larger scale are way too much for her to handle.
