You will receive a fun, beginner-friendly customized yoga practice that includes doTERRA Essential Oils, customized playlist, & a ceremony with a toast!
This experience allows you to be grounded to truly experience your wedding day as those wedding nerves melt away. The Wedding Day Zen Yoga sequence, essential oils, and breathwork will give you a beautiful yoga glow all day long that will pop in photographs!

Wedding Day Zen is just that- total and complete zen on your big day! I got to experience Cari and her wonderful services at one of my best friend’s weddings. It could not have been a more perfect way to start such a special day. She was so genuine, and just kept bringing it all back to the bride and groom and kept it centered on true love.
Our group of girls was made up of all different abilities and experience when it came to yoga , but she made us all feel so comfortable. She made the session wonderful and accessible for all. I don’t have many regrets about my wedding day, but I regret that I did not know Wedding Day Zen! I was a pinball of nerves boinging around on the mornkng of my wedding, and would have loved to Cari start my special day off with love, encouragement and bonding through stretches and breathing. You will be so happy with her and Wedding Day Zen!!!!

I have personally taken Yoga classes from Cari many times. She has a very good flow to her classes and makes it easy and accommodating for all levels. I would recommend Wedding Day Zen for any bridal party. I think it would be a great way to start the best day of your life!
Cari lead the most beautiful yoga class the morning of my dear friend Tess Wheatley's wedding. The morning itself was absolutely perfect, with the plantation scenery, incredible weather, and amazing company on such an exciting day. The yoga session with Cari really took the love of the day to a new level, and filled our hearts with so much happiness. Her music she chose, the heart opening poses, and the energy and flow of the class were all perfection. By the end of the class, we all had tears in our eyes!
