Kimi saw right through me and my wife :) She listened to our wants and needs and delivered more than I could have ever dreamed of! ...We used Kimi as a "Day Of" Planner, but she was SO SO SO much more! Months prior to the wedding she met with me and my wife at the venue, took over coordinating with the vendors, and dealt with my Mom! On the day of, lets just say MAGIC! She covers all of the logistical concerns, while bearing a HUGE smile, so the only thing you need to worry about is not drinking too much before the ceremony! ... If you want your wedding dreams to come true, Kimi is key!

Long story short, I hired Kimiko to be the day-of-coordinator for our June 2020 wedding, which was later postponed to June 2021. I contacted all my vendors the day we decided to postpone and Kimiko was the first to respond and reach out! She's so easy to talk to and really put my mind at ease.

Leading up to the wedding we communicated through calls, texts, and emails, and she helped plan the timeline and with organization. She listened to my vision and added input and suggestions when I needed them. She also contacted all the vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page.

Overall, our wedding was amazing and stress free. If you're thinking about not having a wedding coordinator, please think again! I couldn't of pulled it off without her. She's also so professional and makes you feel so special! I love her energy! :)

Our experience with Kimmy was amazing! She was there from the beginning to the end! She understood our needs and timelines and was very creative and full of wonderful ideas. She was easy to work with, very caring and kind. I got the feeling that she was planning her own wedding! One of the many things that stood out was the attention she dedicated to our parents as it was an emotional time for them also. She has many resources and her fees we very accommodating and worked withing our budget. She was on top of her game and we had an amazing wedding day! Thank you Kimmy, you are the best!

Kimmy was the best Day of Coordinator ever. We are so blessed to have her as part of our wedding. From the first day I spoke with Kimmy, I knew she was a genuine person, very positive, kind with a passion for weddings. She helped me with so many things I would have never thought of. And I'm a very detailed person. I thought I had a good handle on every aspect of my wedding, but Kimmy had so much insight and knowledge that was extremely beneficial to our wedding day. She took care of our rehearsal coordination and even stayed to make certain our rehearsal dinner was in order. Which she did not have to do because that wasn't part of our agreement. And the next day at our wedding she had everything brilliantly organized. Our gift table, seating arrangement, DJ, Photographer, florist, cake maker and photo booth. She even took the time to take care of our parents, making sure their meals were correct and made sure they were well taken care of. Even our dogs, who were also I the wedding. She made sure they had water and had them escorted safely back to our room. We are so thrilled to have had Kimmy as part of our big day. Our wedding was fabulous and flawless!! It was an amazing day and it was all due to Kimmy and her ability to take care of us and all the unforeseen details of our elaborate event. We highly recommend this wonderful lady.

We booked Kimmy with just under a month to go till the wedding. That next night she was on the phone with me for almost an hour so we could go over the timeline of the wedding and we could explain our vision and any details that we were planning. From there it only got better. Kimmy was in close contact with us and all of our vendors leading up to the big day. The morning of the wedding she was in contact with myself, the best man, the maid of honor, the vendors, and the mother and father of the bride. It was like there was more than one of her! She was everywhere and handled everything beautifully. We had small things go wrong, as they always will, but Kimmy was on top of it and every small problem was taken care of before it could become a big problem. My only regret is not booking Kimmy earlier in the wedding process. She relieved so much of the stress that we were feeling leading up to the wedding. Not only was she super helpful and professional but she was also exceedingly friendly. She made sure that my wife and I made time to sit down and eat during the reception and she made sure that everyone at the wedding got what they needed. I would highly recommend Kimmy for any wedding or event. She was fabulous!

My mom hired Kimmy as a day of coordinator about a month before my wedding. From the very beginning Kimmy was so responsive, helpful and organized. She was very responsive to all of our questions and emails. She was in contact with all of our vendors very quickly, and helped coordinate our timeline. I cannot say how amazing Kimmy was on the day of my wedding. She was in contact with people throughout the day, and made sure that I was as stress free as possible. Our first face-to-face meeting was when I arrived with my groom to the venue. She was so kind and bubbly, she felt like an old family friend. She had this infectious energy, everyone that spoke with her commented on how sweet she was. She made sure that my husband and I ate dinner, and we had some time and appetizers for ourselves during cocktail hour. She checked in with us throughout the night and helped keep me at ease. She made sure we stayed on schedule and helped with any issues that came up. She even helped us clean up the main reception venue at the end of the night. I cannot put into words really how amazing Kimmy was, and how much I appreciate all the work that she did. She really is an amazing coordinator. If I could rate her 10 stars I would. I would absolutely recommend her to any future bride and groom for their special day.
