Wedding Officiant

Rev. Dawn Kenny, a non-denominational minister, will officiate your ceremony in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake areas. She prides herself in working with couples to create ceremonies that are memorable, personalized and inspirational. Whether the wedding is formal, traditional and sophisticated or joyful, lyrical and fun, each couple makes the final decision on the content.

An online wedding ceremony samples booklet is available to help couples get started on thinking about what they want in their ceremony once a deposit is made and the wedding is scheduled. Native American, themed, renewal and commitment of vows ceremonies are all available as we as an elopement wedding.

Fees start at $100 to $250, This includes help with writing vows, meeting with the couple, performing the ceremony and filing the license. There is an additional fee of $50 to $75 for the rehearsal. All charges increase with additional meetings and/or travel distance involved. Holidays and day of the week are also a consideration.

Last-minute appointments for elopement weddings in Virginia Beach area $75 to $100, depending on location or driving distance.
