Melissa made our daughter's wedding day so incredibly special. I can state unequivocally, we could not have made this all come together without you. Everything...and I mean this sincerely...everything, was flawless. I love that you loved working with our girl...as a former event planner, she can be a tough customer! BUT, you were amazing and got everyone in line and executed with military precision...good on ya! Had SO MANY compliments re: you, your efforts, your vibrant personality. Good on ya!

Having Melissa help us made the lead-up and the day of our wedding flow so smoothly. I am grateful for her coordination and knowledge of the venue (Hudson Gardens) that allowed me and my groom to focus on ourselves and just enjoy the wedding we had planned! Melissa was absolutely amazing! She executed our wedding day vision perfectly and made the whole day stress free. We rented silk flowers (so no florist to set up) and had a good amount of decor, but she was able to handle it all! Not to mention that she even brought a kit the day of our wedding with all the little necessities you might have forgotten or need. Her communication with us and our vendors was seamless as well. Overall, we were so thankful to have Weaver Weddings and Events to make our wedding day stress free and we could not recommend them enough!

To be honest, our venue required us to have a wedding coordinator, but I am extremely grateful they did. Weaver Weddings was a delight to work with. Melissa is very responsive and so organized. She answered all my questions and gave me her opinion when I asked for it. She was focused on creating what we had envisioned for our wedding. The best part though was that we, along with all our guests, were able to just show up at our wedding reception - we went straight to the church while they setup the venue during our ceremony. Weaver Weddings handled all the coordination before, during and after the reception. I did not have a single worry on my wedding day, which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the party and focus on the important parts of getting married!

Melissa is an incredible wedding coordinator. From the moment we signed the contract with her I knew that she would do everything in her ability to make our wedding day a success. This included going above and beyond to help prepare prior to the wedding day as well as working extremely hard on the day-of. This was to the point where I had wedding guests tell me how amazing and hardworking she was. To set the context, our wedding venue was a complicated one. It was at ranch, completely DIY, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in different locations, and we had to coordinate a bus to get people to each spot (including to the ceremony). There was no indoor area, only our tent for the reception and the outdoor cocktail area. We did not have a handful of staff helping with the venue logistics, only Melissa, our caterer, bar tender, and AV. On our wedding day, Melissa coordinated our 100+ person wedding seamlessly and we wouldn’t have known the difference if something wasn’t perfect, because she just took care of it! One of many things that I appreciate about Melissa is that she knows what she needs from the bride and groom to make your day a success. She is straightforward, to the point, and sets realistic expectations. Her clarity was so helpful prior to the wedding when there was so much going on. She also helped us by providing guidance on venue and timeline flow and how to set things up for success. Long story short, our wedding would not have been what it was without her. She is reliable, a leader, a team player, and can navigate a complicated venue! I cannot recommend her enough for your wedding!

Melissa is absolutely incredible at what she does. From the minute we sent a meeting request for more information, Melissa exceeded our expectations. Melissa was extremely thorough and timely in her communication and made sure our day ran seamlessly. My husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy our day knowing the details were in good hands.

The Bridal Goddess, a wedding hair and makeup vendor, had a blast working with Weaver Weddings this past June! They were super organized and on top of everything. They reached out a month in advance with a timeline and were super flexible with our timing changes. They even gave us a list of names for each service, which made everything so much easier on the big day.
