When I think of Wcislo Photography the words, caring and detail oriented come to mind. What an honor it was to work with this company, from start to finish. If weddings are not stressful enough, my now husband and I were forced to plan our wedding during the heart of covid. We experienced two postponements of dates and finally became one on 7/10/22. Through it all, this company stood by us, remained flexible with date changes and showed that making our day the most memorable ever would remain a top priority. We also had a blessing of not one, but two photographers for the entire wedding. I can remember being very stressed out and afraid of how the day would go. I was assured that everything would be perfect, and it was. I cannot remember a day in my life when I was so happy. From start to finish every special moment was captured. The photos told a story with unique detail. From the hotel while getting ready, to the venue and reception. I can remember sitting in the office preparing to look at my wedding photos and leaving with tears of joy. NOT ONE BAD PHOTO! Everything done to perfection. From capturing us in the eye of the sunset to other beautiful features offered by our venue. Needless to say, I feel this company does amazing work, is affordable and most importantly is easy to form a connection with. When you walk away you no longer feel like a client, but more like family. Following our wedding, I reached out yet again to capture my daughters most special moments of her senior year of high school. Again, detail and a natural eye to ensure success. Sue was awesome, completely down to earth and made any anxiety or nerves we had completely disappear as soon as we started talking. She made us so comfortable and was so much fun to work with! Sue was very professional and super easy to get along with, as well as getting all the best shots and making sure we were happy with everything during the process as well! She is very opportunistic and great at problem solving with the creativity in her shots she would take. Overall, definitely would recommend her!

The pictures are phenomenal. I like the way she captured the people in the background and objects, to blend the colors making a perfect picture . She puts together things no one would ever think of to create a photograph to bring memories to life.

In our wedding reception pictures, I noticed how she captured not just Bill and I , but our friends and family in the background making those photographs all the more memorable.

Wcislo Photography has been an incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable photographer to work with! We have loved working with Sue throughout this whole process. She has always made us feel comfortable and laughing during our sessions. She created a BEAUTIFUL sign-in book from our engagement photos. She was on-time, super organized, and was very easy to get in contact with at any time with questions and advice. The day of, she made sure to move the pictures along swiftly to ensure that not only we got the groupings and shots that we wanted (and there were a bunch of combinations), but made sure our cocktail hour did not run too long. The pictures came out beyond what we could have ever imagined. We are so grateful that we selected Sue for her patience with our wacky schedules (if I could, I would give her beyond a 5 star for this), attention to detail and overall experience we had working with her.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Sue of Wcislo Photography for our wedding this past August. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. She really helped to capture wonderful moments during our wedding that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Picking out the photos for our wedding album was so difficult because there were so many gorgeous photos! Any questions or concerns we had, Sue gave timely responses. Our experience with Susan was absolutely AMAZING!!! Susan made us feel so comfortable and helped us come out of our shells so fast! Susan did engagement photos that were so hard to narrow them down for a album. Not to mention the wedding photos that blew us away! every moment of our special day was captured! Susan also brought along another photographer to help with the wedding photos, and she went out of her way to get every photo requested! Susan is very fast at responding and super professional! If you are looking for a photographer to capture your wedding and all of the special moments Sue is the right vendor. Sue was able to capture every moment of our wedding and was so organized to make the day stress free. She was so easy to work with, personable and fairly priced. The wedding album she made us was one of kind and amazing.

We received a recommendation from a friend to talk to Sue about photographing our wedding. Sue was extremely easy to work with, got to know my husband and I, and answered any and all questions we had. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with Sue. We received a sign in album with our engagement photos for our wedding, it was beautifully put together. At our wedding Sue and her assistant Lena did an amazing job capturing everything we wanted and more. She made the whole process fun and natural while getting beautiful photos. We have over 1,000 photos from our wedding to look through. Sue was a pleasure to work with and we are so happy that we had her as our wedding photographer. What can I say about Sue…. I guess the better question would be how much time do you have to listen? Sue is truly a special person who I will never forget. We met Sue at a bridal expo where there were tons of photographers. My now husband Derek was actually the one who said I want to go with Wcislo photography. I trusted his opinion and boy am I glad I did! Derek and I were so excited when we got engaged but, when it came to the engagement photos, a bit nervous. Sue made us laugh the whole time and helped us let loose and have fun. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to change our wedding date at least 3-4 times. Each time Sue said “I’ll be there.” We decided to have our actual wedding in my parents backyard during Covid and the reception would be at our original venue on a later date with a vow renewal as the ceremony. I called Sue and let her know that she didn’t have to come to the backyard wedding because I wanted her for as long as I could during the reception. I remember her saying “I need to be there.” I ensured her that I didn’t mind if she just came to the big reception on the later date. Come to find out she had planned to come regardless because she said once again “I need to be there.” She spent a significant amount of time at both events. She refused to miss the official wedding when she could have made it easier on herself by only going to one. Sue truly cares and is willing to go out of her way to help you. She even sent us a double sided photo frame as a gift with pictures from our backyard wedding so we wouldn’t have to wait until after the reception date to enjoy them. I recommend Sue if you want to be treated like family but still be told the truth. Derek and I don’t see Sue as simply our photographer but our friend and someone I would go to for future pictures. She is creative, diligent with her work and did I mention she takes beautiful photos! I knew if I had any questions Sue was just a phone call or text message away and always responded promptly. She is the whole package and someone I highly recommend. Thank you Sue for all you have done for us! I absolutely love looking at all our photos of our two special days! 💛
