Nancy and the staff at the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts are wonderful and easy to work with! Everyone the day of the wedding was super helpful and everyone had a lovely time. The museum is lovely and it's great to know that the place we got married will be there for a long time (and that we can visit, too).

So glad we chose this venue for our wedding reception -- it was so beautiful and didn't need a lot of decoration. We were able to get in the day before to set up all of the tables and chairs where we wanted them and everyone was very helpful. Nancy was great in getting all of our questions answered and making sure we were happy. We found the museum guards to be really easy to work with and a lot of fun. Had heard from several vendors that the museum was "really strict" about getting in for deliveries and set-up but we didn't find that to be the case at all. Great location - you feel like you're a million miles from downtown Hagerstown - easy parking, beautiful setting for photos, and very private. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful venue for a great price. However, the venue manager was not present during our event. Instead, the museum guards were meant to help us, and they really caused more trouble than good. The guards could be more accommodating and less rude.
