Warehouse XI is an industrial, modern venue that is perfect for any wedding or event! Oversized windows, white brick walls and black concrete floors make Warehouse XI a blank slate that can be beautifully transformed to suit your individual style and needs. With both a ceremony and reception room on site, you can have your whole wedding in one location for up to 150 guests. We believe that in providing a non-traditional venue that our clients have more options to make their weddings uniquely their own. Whether that means a rustic wedding with reclaimed wood tables and string lights or romantic blush and rose gold tablecloths and candles, or an eclectic food truck wedding or an elaborate sit-down dinner, we are happy that we can allow our guests bring all their Pinterest dreams to life.
Because different event sizes vary our pricing ranges based on which rooms you need and day of the week (Monday-Thursday vs Weekend). Please take this as an estimate and not a true rate as your rate may be more or less.

Great space for wedding reception in Boston!
Warehouse XI is like no other event venue in the city of Boston. Oversized windows, white-painted, Instagram worthy brick walls and black concrete floors are the perfect minimalist backdrop that can be beautifully transformed to suit your individual style and needs. We had a great time!

We first saw Warehouse XI when we attended a small wedding celebration at the venue. We immediately fell in love with the place – it was open-yet-intimate, and offered a blank slate. After we got engaged, we immediately reached out to book it.
If you’re a creative person looking for something different from traditional wedding venues, this is the place for you. It’s basically a canvas on which to paint your personality. You can do almost anything you want with it – if you can imagine it, you can probably do it!
Also, the owner, Peggy, is incredibly nice and flexible. She’ll work with you to help execute your vision for the space. She loves helping couples transform the venue.
The venue is also next to a bunch of solid bars. After our wedding, it gave us an opportunity to bring guests out for some late-night fun.
If you like to be creative, you should definitely consider Warehouse XI for your next event!
