Do not hesitate to book Paola for your wedding; we are SO happy we did! The video itself was incredible and exceeded our expectations. On top of that, Paola was a joy to work with and so kind and communicative throughout the entire process. In addition to jumping on a call whenever we needed to discuss something together, she also worked with us to get a sneak peak of our video on an accelerated timeline so that we could share with a grandparent who was declining in health. We will be eternally grateful to Paola that we got to share the video of our wedding day with that grandparent who passed away shortly afterward. We were initially hesitant about hiring a videographer at all because we didn't want the presence of videographers to be intrusive or discourage our guests from dancing. We discussed this with Paola in advance, and on wedding day, her team was honestly so unobtrusive that we barely saw them (outside of getting ready shots in the bridal suite/groom area). And at the same time, they were able to capture and compile the most beautiful shots from our wedding, overlaying speeches and vows perfectly. We can't stop watching our video! She also worked seamlessly with our photographer, who we had already hired when we got in touch. In summary, hire Paola and the Vivid team!!! You will be happy you did.

We got married in May, 2022 and used Vivid Photo and Video for both photography and videography services and we could not be happier! During our search process, their stellar reviews and quality portfolio caught our attention. From the initial Zoom call with Paola, we were immediately impressed by her confidence and flexibility; whatever we wanted to prioritize, she was going to prioritize. We loved our engagement shoot with Paola and her husband and it only reinforced our decision. They were incredibly responsive and reassuring, and their info-gathering doc helped ensure we were aligned on all things leading up to the big day.

On our wedding day, they were punctual, purposeful, and proactive. We were having so much fun, and loving how the pictures were turning out at our first scheduled location (which Paola recommended), that we pivoted from our initial plan to stay there longer. The Vivid team provided us with time updates prior to making the decision, double checked it was what we wanted to do, and made us feel great about it!

We had so many guests comment about how committed the Vivid team was to their jobs! Our venue, Pazzo's, had escalators and they were seen going up and down getting shots and footage from all angles. Yet, during other moments, they blended seamlessly into the background.

We received our sneak-peek photos on our honeymoon and were beyond thrilled. The quality is fantastic! The rest of the photos (1,000+) and videos came shortly after. I had concerns about double chins and a champagne-colored dress, but the photos and videos exceeded expectations.

Friends and family have been so impressed with our photos and videos, and all agree that Vivid was THE choice. The essence of our wedding day is perfectly captured in the photos and videos that Vivid created. We cannot thank them enough!

After some convincing of my now husband, we made the decision to hire Paola/ Vivid Photo & Video. I spent a good amount of time doing research and watching the work of many videographers in the Chicago area and OH MY GOSH are we so glad we went with Vivid. Paola is an absolute gem and her work is beautiful, creative, romantic and really emotional. She captured our day in the most perfect way we could have imagined. Paola was great to work with from the start, she was quick to respond and we spoke on the phone before booking to more easily discuss what I was looking for which helps to add a personal touch especially since everything is done over email these days. Throughout the year of planning she reached out to see if we needed help with anything and we spoke on the phone again before the wedding to nail down final details. Her and my photographer were also in contact with each other to ensure the day ran as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding her and her husband got there early to introduce herself and get set up. Throughout the day they both went above and beyond and were helpful in anyway they could be. Everyone felt very comfortable around them and this ensured they could get the best, most natural footage. Once we got our videos we were so blown away, they captured every emotion and did not miss a thing and the videos are so beautifully edited together. We are so in love with our videos! Can not recommend them enough!!

Where do I even begin to describe how amazing Vivid Photo and Video was....Paola and her assistant were UNBELIEVABLE! From the beginning, Paola always maintained great contact with us and always put our needs first. The first time that I met her, on our wedding day, I immediately loved her. I found Vivid Photo & Video online, getting in touch with Paola and setting up an appointment was really easy, even with my hectic work schedule. On our first appointment we went over the details of my wedding. I was having my wedding split into 2 days. While, I was telling Paola of what the 2 days were going to consist of, and what I wanted my wedding video to look like. I noticed something that I haven’t seen with all the other videographers.
