The views are absolutely breathtaking, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entire atmosphere feels peaceful, elegant, and magical.
A huge part of what made our wedding day so perfect was Kelley, our day-of coordinator. She was beyond amazing — incredibly professional, organized, and supportive from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she made us feel confident and taken care of every step of the way. On the big day, everything ran so smoothly because of her hard work and attention to detail. Her calm presence allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment.
Our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was and how seamless the entire day felt. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we are so thankful we chose Vista Cielo Rosa for such an important moment in our lives.

I truly don’t have enough words to express how much my husband and I loved our experience at Vista Cielo de la Rosa. From the very first phone call, it was clear this place was something special. I called in a bit of a panic, ready to throw a credit card over the phone just to lock in a date. But Kelly, the owner (and now one of my favorite humans), gently urged me to slow down and come by for a tour. I’m so glad I listened.
She met us that very day and as soon as we stepped foot on the property, we knew—this was the place. I paid on the spot to reserve our date and never looked back.
The venue itself is beyond beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The landscape, the architecture, the natural light—everything feels both grand and intimate at the same time. And yes, this is West Texas in July, so let me just say: the A/C situation is fantastic. That alone deserves its own star!
One of the biggest surprises (and huge relief) was realizing we didn’t need to go overboard with decorations. The venue truly speaks for itself. Anything more would’ve felt like overkill—the place has such natural charm and elegance.
We also hired Kelly as our day-of wedding coordinator, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. She was constantly available throughout the process—no question was too small, and no worry went unanswered. Anytime a little wave of anxiety would creep in, a quick message to Kelly was all it took to feel grounded again.
The bridal suite was absolutely perfect—comfortable and private (a dream for getting-ready photos!). My makeup artist and hair stylist had both worked at Vista Cielo before and knew the space inside and out, which made the whole morning flow like magic.
Kelly’s vendor recommendations were gold—everything from the hair stylist to the place to purchase ice the day of the wedding was fantastic. It really made planning so much smoother to have trusted names to work with.
And the wedding day itself? Flawless. I'm sure there were hiccups behind the scenes (because that’s just how weddings go), but I never saw a single one. Kelly handled everything so gracefully that I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment. My husband and I had the most peaceful, joy-filled, and beautiful first day as newlyweds. It was everything we hoped for.
All of our guests were blown away by the venue—so many compliments. Vista Cielo de la Rosa is truly a gem, and I will sing its praises to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

It was beyond what we envisioned for our big day! Kelley was an outstanding host and coordinator. From the first day we met to the wedding day she made it stress free and magical. Her attention to detail and dedication were exceptional. Kelley and her staff were so accommodating the day of even with last minute changes we made through the day. Vista Cielo Rosa was the perfect venue for what we envisioned for our big day, and was the perfect combination of rustic and classy. The location is far enough out of town that it provides scenic views and gets you away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can run into town really quick to grab anything you need. The overnight accommodation/bridal getting ready area in the Night Nest was so cute! Being able to stay overnight and get ready at the venue helped to alleviate some of the stress the day of. Kelly and her staff were so sweet and amazing to work with, and they made the whole process easy and smooth. If you are getting married near the San Angelo area, I highly recommend booking Vista Cielo Rosa as your venue!

Vista Cielo Rosa is an absolutely stunning venue and I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures because I know they will be gorgeous. It has both indoor and outdoor accommodations and the BEST getting ready area. Kelley was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was so quick to respond to any questions and always willing to give her advice if we were unsure of something. Also, her staff was incredibly kind and helpful on the day of the wedding. They played a huge part in making our day so magical. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone for their wedding day!

Vista Cielo Rosa was absolutely amazing!
The building itself is beautiful but so is the view at alter. Kelley is super easy to work with and ensures that everything is how you intended your wedding day to be. I highly recommend hiring her as the coordinator as well. She ensured that everything was decorated how I wanted and made sure the day ran smoothly! 10/10 recommend this venue!
