Founder Alicia’s journey in beauty began long before launching her own company. While still in high school, she was leaving school early to attend advanced makeup artistry classes through Paul Mitchell, then heading straight to work night shifts while continuing to take makeup clients on the weekends. After graduating early, she earned both her Advanced Makeup Artistry certification and sanitation certification through Paul Mitchell before beginning her career at Sephora and working weekends with an established bridal beauty company.

After three years at Sephora and two years in bridal, Alicia officially launched Vision By Alicia and has continued refining her artistry through advanced education with respected artists including Danessa Myricks, Rokael, and other leading professionals in the beauty industry. Today, she leads a team of six talented and experienced hair and makeup artists who share the same commitment to exceptional service, professionalism, and beautiful, long-lasting artistry.
