Marybeth and Stephanie were extremely flexible and accommodating from start to finish. Marybeth, who I primarily worked with, was fun to work with from our very first phone call. She also made changes to the video when asked and was quick to respond to questions.

What really set this duo apart from other videographers for me, was:
1. Quality of their footage
2. Having two videographers on the wedding day (they also worked very well with our photographers)
3. They care about audio! The officiant and my husband were mic'd for the ceremony, and so were both of our guests giving speeches at the reception.

My husband and I were very blessed to be able to work with both Marybeth and Stephanie for our big day! They are both great people and hard workers. I corresponded mostly with Marybeth leading up to the wedding. She was always timely with her responses to emails, very pleasant and very much open to our ideas which I appreciated. On our wedding day she arrived on time and got right to work. Her daughter Stephanie was actually getting married the following day at the same venue and still managed to be there for most of the day. The times she wasn't able to be there they had hired someone to fill in for her. They worked well with our photographer as well to capture the day perfectly. After our wedding, Marybeth stayed in close contact to let us know when our full video would be ready since we did not receive a highlight. Although we were happy with the first version we did request several edits including some song changes to make it exactly what we wanted. Marybeth was very much open to any and all edits which we were extremely thankful for. She sent us back updated versions very quickly as well! Usually within a few days and sometimes even the next day!! We highly recommend Video Network!

Marybeth and Stephanie were absolutely great to work with. We booked them last minute (rescheduled our wedding due to covid19 pandemic) after they were recommended by our event planner. So happy we went with them!
We were in a bit of a panic mode as the videographers we reached out to were either unavailable or their work wasn't exactly what we were looking for. After seeing, Marybeths work and meeting with her via zoom, we knew we had met the right team just a few weeks out from our wedding. Things just got better from there.
On the day of wedding, they were even more pleasant and personable. They worked fluidly with other vendors present.
The final product was great as well.
Marybeth was also very flexible and open to edits to make sure the final video was exactly what we wanted right down to the music options. This is unusual as other vendors can be very rigid in terms of what they offer. Our family and friends rave about the video quality and how it captured how special the day was for us. Will definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

We are incredibly happy with our wedding video from Video Network! This is a mother-daughter team based out of Buffalo (Stephanie and Marybeth). We decided to choose them as our videographers for many reasons- they had been to our venue several times, drone footage, ability to select the music for our video, and overall great reviews. Unfortunately our wedding was affected by COVID (May 30). Marybeth and Stephanie spent time with us on the phone multiple times when we were trying to navigate how to proceed with our wedding. By the way, many vendors do not do this. They went out of their way to help us during the uncertainty of COVID, out of the sincerity of their hearts. Ultimately, we decided to have a micro-wedding on our original date, and postpone the big wedding to later in 2020. Unfortunately (again), we had to postpone a SECOND time to summer 2021. Stephanie and Marybeth were so accommodating both times we postponed. Their work is phenomenal, and they are just wonderful people. I have been recommending them to all of my friends who are recently engaged. My husband and I highly recommend Video Network!! We cannot wait to work with them again at our big wedding next year!

Working with VideoNetwork was an incredible experience. She has captured lifelong memories in a beautiful and elegant way. Our video showed our personalities and we are so blessed to have this beautiful memory of our wedding. We will forever cherish these moments that have been captured. Steph and the VN team are not only fantastic videographers, but they are amazing people, as well! We had SO much fun with them! Everyone always hesitates back and fourth about getting a videographer for their wedding day. I’m so grateful and thankful that i decided to go with video network. Steph is amazing to work with and she is truly so talented! She is on time, professional and will do anything she can do make her clients happy! I highly recommend Video Network. We were worried about a videographer and maintaining the intimacy of the day, we didn't even realize the team was there- and yet they captured every single moment. They made a video that made our entire family cry with happiness watching, it was so thoughtful and really felt like they understood what makes us a couple special. Planning a New York wedding from California was difficult, except when it came to working with Video Network Inc. Steph was SO easy to get in contact with, quick to respond with professionalism, and offered amazing insights and suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Knowing a good deal of our west coast guests wouldn't be able to attend the wedding, having a video was important to us. It was the best decision we could have made. All our family and friends were able to experience the day whether they were there or not. While I wouldn't trade our pictures for the world, the video was such a unique and amazing touch that we wouldn't have been able to get back otherwise; not only did we get to experience the things we missed firsthand (like the guys getting ready, our flower girl walking down the aisle, etc.) we can relive the day over and over again. I've been to weddings where the videographer is pretty much dancing with the bride and groom they're so close; I'm not sure how she did it, but Steph captured every single moment without even knowing she was there. When I did see her, she was so personable, upbeat, and just added a special spark to the day. Her drone footage, edits, and overall experience was just phenomenal. There are no words sufficient to properly thank them. I'd recommend them to absolutely anyone!

Stephanie and MaryBeth were amazing to work with from start to finish! They bring great energy and ideas and do not disappoint in an capacity! Stephanie and I talked pretty frequently before the wedding so she had a clear vision of what we were looking for and what the timeline of our day would look like. She was able to capture each moment in such a dynamic way. From pictures with my girls getting ready to some of the last moments on the dance floor, they were there but were never in the way! The drone footage is awesome and added an extra special flare to the video. The music on the video was super personal and appropriate and we had total trust in their work. Wedding days can be very overwhelming and long and you want to remember the day as it happened which can be difficult as time goes on. This is a great way for us to remember our day and all of the happiness that came with it. Thank you Marybeth and Steph for being part of our day and capturing moments we can treasure forever
