I come from a family where Sundays are meant for family dinner, holidays are spent around a crowded table and every birthday is celebrated.

No matter how repetitive or insignificant some of these moments seemed, my mother always made sure they were cemented in time on camera.

When I was a child, I remember my dad behind a big clunky VHS camcorder. At 8 years old we were all fascinated by the low megapixel digital zoom cameras and on my 16th birthday when I was gifted a Nikon DSLR camera, we were all blown away.

With all the changes in technology, what stayed sacred was ensuring the happiness we shared could live on.

Realizing that I could do for other families, what I’ve learned through mine, is where my passion for wedding videography began.

Throughout the years I’ve covered a wide variety of events with my trusty camera by my side. Whether it be senior portraits, engagement parties, family portraits, Christmas card sessions, fundraisers etc.. but what always sparked my interest was weddings.

Something about the mixing pot of generations and friends of different backgrounds all coming together to celebrate the love of two people made my job feel incredibly important.

What makes it all the more worth while is doing it all on video. While photos are equally important, the moving picture can capture a person’s emotions and soul like no other.
